What do you like best about the product?
Again our success manager has been the biggest help getting us goinng with the site
What do you dislike about the product?
We integrated Salesforce with absorb and I wished they talked to each other a little more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Elearning platform has helped us train our employees on their time and when they are ready to learn.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the constant efforts on the part of Absorb to continuously improve and add-on to the capabilities of the system.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are improvements specific to our user base that we forward to working with Absorb to provide.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Absorb is allowing our entire industry to attain and maintain certifications in a fast and easy way, which has not been the case for the life of the industry.

A solid LMS that keeps getter better!

What do you like best about the product?
Absorb has a clean, intuitive navigation for the user and the admin, both. There are ways to do almost anything you would need to do to provide courses and curriculum to groups of people. The customization is really helpful and robust.
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't any big things I dislike about Absorb. Little things we noticed shortly after implementation have been addressed with updates and new feature releases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to have a single place for all our learners to access training content, no matter the type, with a single login. We have internal learners that need to track completion for certification requirements, and we are expanding to host end customer training through eCommerce and enrollment keys. Having the option to manage all of this in one system makes it so much more efficient!
Our other problem that Absorb has helped us solve is better access to training data. We've been able to have comprehensive data on all our learners, courses, and other metrics. In addition, Absorb has made it possible for us to give specific reporting and enrollment capabilities to our business partners, so each location has one or more administrators. Saves us a ton of time in manipulating data and reports to send out each month to all 25 of these business partners.

What do you like best about the product?
Absorb LMS provides us with all the necessary tools and features that are needed. As well as updates that not only make the platform feel and run better, it makes it easy for our team to use and get the training materials that they need in order to be successful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Personally, I don't have any complaints. I enjoy using the LMS as well as the team, I have not heard of any complaints from them. It's easy to use. I've not used any other Absorb like platform, but I can't imagine it getting any better than this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I wouldn't necessarily say that it's a problem, but more on our end. We haven't been very consistent with uploading content to the LMS platform so, by having this great tool, making it easy to use, I fell like it gives us a better reason to push more content out for others to consume.

What do you like best about the product?
The user-friendliness of the system has been one of the best things about the platform. Our users are able to navigate the system with relative ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some functionality limitations regarding the system that we have had to build workarounds or just deal with until there is an update.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
User and Admin functionality. We regularly use the Ideas Portal to submit and vote for improvements that will make the system better for our users and us.

What do you like best about the product?
Reliability and support. It just works and provides the functionality we need. Great UI for learners and backend admin.

New user fee model can get expensive over time.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the reporting features and the numerous different ways to engage with learners. The admin page is very straightforward and helpful. Our entire organization loves how customizable so much of the portal is for Learners, too. Lastly, Absorb staff is top-notch and is always happy to help. No matter what the situation, the team is willing to look into it and guide us forward.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our business model is unique, so there are occasional situations where the existing Absorb features don't provide what we need. At that point, we have to think outside of the box - however, Absorb staff is normally helpful in this process. Additionally, I wish we could have more true/false custom fields. The limit of 5 is challenging to work around when mass uploading Learners to specific ILCs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Absorb LMS is helping us to train our 53,000 Independent Contractors, as well to engage with them and track their process. Our training goals vary greatly due to our business model - having an LMS that is so versatile is incredibly helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
Absorb LMS is user-friendly, and an easy platform to work within.
What do you dislike about the product?
Absorb has never been an issue for me. Mainly had issues with ADP integration, but the Absorb team took great critiques back for future integrations with others as well!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Absorb has helped out team eliminate multiple usernames and passwords for our internal customers (employees). Specifically, the integration from our ADP Workforce Now portal allows users to click right into their user dashboard.

Before we opted for our own personal CMS, submitting a work ticket and getting a response was very difficult.
