What do you like best about the product?
It offers expert and efficient support. It is relatively inexpensive compared to other LMS platforms like iSpring Learn, completely flexible and intuitive, very easy to use for our LMS requirements. It comes loaded with great features and is completely plug-and-play. It can be integrated with other frequently used platforms, and is ideal for organizing your content from a single platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
My experience using Absorb LMS has been positive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Absorb LMS is the perfect platform to create internal training modules for all employees.

What do you like best about the product?
Absorb academy to be self-paced trained, and easy to create a course or user.
What do you dislike about the product?
Report system, and transcript without due date information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Improving in course due information for validating employee's promotion opportunity

What do you like best about the product?
I have rolled out many different LMS's in my career and I would say that Absorb is the best of the 'top tier' LMS's
From engagement with the sales team through to deployment in a multinational it has been the most assisted and guided LMS rollout I have done
Absorb hits the sweet spot between the platform being customisable but still really intuative
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost of rollouts of LMSs is always a bit of a mystery for me - paying set up costs PLUS integrated API costs PLUS platform costs PLUS all the other costs is always confusing and when you compare to the lower end of the LMS scale I do question how much of this is just straight to the companies profit margin
The support is very disappointing when it is a problem that doesn't appear within their academy - if you start to poke holes or talk about the limitations of the platform the team get very defensive
Any problems with the API into other systems take ages to sort out and the support team get very passive aggressive in their response
The search function in the course library is limited which is not great if you use another parties library
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The usual multinational company scalability, sustainability and engagement of training BUT this platform is very engaging and the list of API's means that it slots in with our HRIS and some other platforms that we run.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy data pulls, everything is pretty well organized. Once you learn where to find things, it becomes intuitive to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
No deep linking, mass uploads aren't enabled for ILCs and it's not an easy process for Online courses, costs added YoY for products previously included in contract... also not easily integrated into existing platforms - requires employee to navigate to additional/external site to access materials, unable to create fully-customized appearance of dashboard (must work within templates).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enabling easy access to content and creating more streamlined options for course creation and reporting. This is/will be immensely helpful in getting more usable data from the system.

What do you like best about the product?
The support resources. Melissa Wu is a fantastic resource and not just when we need her but every single day. I took on the job of becoming my companies "Absorb Guru" and if it wasn't for here, I would still be digging in the trenches figuring out how to create a single course.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's overly complicated in some areas. I appreciate the fact that you can do the same thing in multiple places, but that action is not always provided intuitively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Expanding in places that it's needed, and not in places it's not!!! You guy seem like you're utilizing the feedback you are provided so efficiently as a company, and for a company that heavily relies on the ability to house e-learnings for our clients, it is unbelievably helpful. To see that you're listening, to see that you understand, it means a lot. Thank you!

What do you like best about the product?
The customer service and attention to detail is exceptional. Absorb is a vast platform, and the service team is super helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times the functions and capabilities are overly complicated or not very clear in the impact they might have. Additionally, there are some basic features that are missing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability for our admins to assign courses but not modify the completion of said courses.

What do you like best about the product?
Absorb is able to fully integrate with BambooHR allowing the HR team to have a unified method of structure and reporting in Absorb that matches our HRIS. In addition, the create tool is phenomenal to create proprietary training and meet needs quickly without having to outsource. Finally, the support received for issues, questions, or anything else is phenomenal. Jason in particular as well as the team supporting the Bamboo integration have always been top notch.
What do you dislike about the product?
So more hooks in the reporting would be useful though not a dealbreaker or anything. Lots of new features coming to address any of the things I thought the system was lacking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Absorb is pivitol in helping our organization unify globally for the first time. It allows us to have a centralized system for reporting, training, and resources maintaining higher standards, version control, and clearer expectations and guidelines.
