What do you like best about the product?
A dedicated CSM has been very valuable is helping us troubleshoot or work through alternative suggestions/solutions.
The Knowledge Base area is helpful and then if I can't find the answer Stephanie is always there to assist me.
I work in Create and find it very easy to work with and really like the Media section which allows me to reuse what I have uploaded.
Reports currently meet my needs and are easily customizable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some functionality such as the Discussion Boards are very limited.
Merging users and the funtionality for everything they have completed is not transfered in the merge such as leaderboard points.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The use of Forms - too early to tell as we will start to create and test soon.
Adding Zoom integration. This will save us time so that attendance will be located within Absorb and we don't have to manually check attendance.
Use of a Learning Object to link to an external survey to receive a certificate. Tested and it worked well, at this time we decicded to go another route.

What do you like best about the product?
The LMS is fairly user friendly even for adminstrators. Customer service from techs has been fantastic. Please do not change this. Continue focus on customer service for service tickets as this area is a make or break for a company.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ability to assign due dates within a session instead of the event. Evaluations associated to the entire event instead of the session, so when a user takes an evaluation it thinks it is for the entire event but that event may have different sessions and the same user. This prevents them from taking the evaluation again. Unfortunately, reporting to the government we need the results each time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integrating Skillsoft (Percipio) e-Learning content. Not having a connector to Skillsoft for the Percipio content has delayed our organization getting the content out to customers. This is partially Absorb and Skillsoft issue. Absorb marks content as complete as soon as a user registers for Percipio content which would not work for our users. Due to this limitation, we had to use a SDI integration for the content. There was a lot of back and forth to get to this point. Then an even longer delay came from Skillsoft. Having a January 29th launch date and still no content is a bit frustrating. I will say Absorb has been doing what you can to make this happen other than create a connector. :)

I appreciate working with Tamar Lupo and Mike Franko. They have been very supportive in our journey and quick to respond to our very unique situations.

What do you like best about the product?
The courses are high quality. The set up was easy. The support team _really_ knows the product, which makes them very helpful. Navigation is super easy for learners.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would be great if there were more technical training. We have a big engineering staff.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Basic employee training, onboarding, compliance training.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to duplicate courses to make creating similar curricula easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unable to archive courses that are no longer in use. Would want to keep them as reference for how to set up similar courses/curricula in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to provide any online learning platform which compliments any in-person training. Has meant we can offer training to more remotely located individuals and has enabled us to reduce the amount of in-person training that is needed.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very user friendly, easy to implement it and make the platform as we would like. I always had the support of our Client Success Manager if any issue came up.
What do you dislike about the product?
We can say that a small organization could find the platform expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped us develop a varius number of online programs/trainings and deliver a high0end product to our clients.

What do you like best about the product?
The entire workflow is structured in ways that just make sense, and it all meets you exactly where you are. From non-techie to administrator, I haven't found a single person who struggles to go exactly where they want to. The intelligent assist feature makes navigation a cakewalk. Our customer support representative is a joy to work with and very much invested in our success with the platform. Implementation and integration have been a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few features I wish I could have around user account metadata but I have found workarounds in the meantime so it is not a dealbreaker for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The need for a highly available, intuitive to use, and readily integratable learning platform which excels across learning modalities. We have a very high volume of internal and external learners and need to carefully manage and provide services to a variety of learners under different business case designations.

What do you like best about the product?
I am truly enjoying the functionality of the and how you can keep a very engaged learning process. Having people push buttons to progress the flow, and the quick questionaires afterward are great.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a big ask, but if we could more easily import learning transcripts from other organizations, that would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping us teach people how to utilize our proprietary software, and as a backlog repository for accumulated knowledge in our industry.

What do you like best about the product?
What I find most compelling about ABsorb LMS, particularly in terms of content creation, is its seamless blend of user-friendliness and robust functionality. As a content creator, having access to intuitive tools is paramount, and ABsorb LMS delivers on this front impeccably. Absorb LMS offers a diverse array of content creation tools, allowing me to incorporate a wide range of multimedia elements seamlessly. From videos and images to interactive quizzes and simulations, the platform provides everything I need to bring my educational materials to life in a dynamic and immersive way
What do you dislike about the product?
One aspect I find less favorable about ABsorb LMS is the limited flexibility in customizing certain features and templates. While the platform offers a range of pre-designed options, there are times when I wish for more control over the design elements to better align with specific instructional needs.

Absorb LMS effectively addresses the challenge of managing and delivering online learning content by providing a centralized platform for course creation, distribution, and tracking.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how accessible and thorough our CSM was when getting my team acclimated to the LMS. I am new to the L&D space and being able to boost my teams trainings with Absorb Create's interactivity features has been great.
What do you dislike about the product?
This platform is extremely customizable which is great but the learning curve from an admin end was pretty steep. If I wasn't tech savvy I think I would have struggled.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Launching our trainings through absorb has been the solution to increasing interactivity in our content and modernizing our trainings. This makes our product a better quality and looks good for my team and I.
