What do you like best about the product?

What do you like best about the product?
Really smooth implementation process and continued customer support
What do you dislike about the product?
We have provided feedback for continued improvements in scheduling features (such as offering multiple sessions of the same course)

Absorb LMS provides a one-stop shop for delivering tools, training and resources to 3,000+ volunteers with varying technical capacity & time limitations

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about absorb is honestly the support team. The product itself is good, but it's really made amazing by the crew that I can constantly contact to get things solved. Stephanie Berry as our CSM is easy to contact and provides quick responses to any question. She is knowledgeable but not afraid to dig into an issue that she doesn't know and find out what is going on. I appreciate that I can meet with her regularly to continue to develop the platform to meet our needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the features are difficult to use, or missing. Specifically with regard to zoom connections, and evaluation. Odd things here or there. Nothing big.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had so many questions about how to do something in the LMS, or whether something can be done. If the platform does not support it, the team is always able to find a workaround.

What do you like best about the product?
The guided setup is easy to comprehend and its very quick to create and assign courses. The knowledge base is also very thorough and answers most of the questions I have.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have had some trouble with notifications. Sometimes we dont get any to send and other times employees are overwhelmed with the number of notifications. Setup seems straight forward and might just be user error.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
User engagement and compliance training. We mostly use absorb to assign required training and keep transcripts for legal requirements. It is easy to run reports and send user history to managers and hr practitioners.

What do you like best about the product?
Our Client Success Manager - Stephanie Berry. She quickly responds to questions and has been a great help when I had issues with the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few limitations with the platform that I have had to make adjustments. However, compared to other platforms I have used - this one is user-friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Absorb allows us to provide our staff a platform to house all of our training material and reporting

What do you like best about the product?
Auto-generated reports are a lifesaver for my org. Having over 1K learners, it leaves a lot of Managers that need to know learner status on a curriculum/course.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish I could remove deactivated courses from the Course Summary view. It's an annoying extra for me to download into excel and delete.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Learners will complain sometimes "I didn't realize I was enrolled". With the enrollment reminder-generated email feature, I can hold learners accountable for their own development, whether they logged in that day or not.

What do you like best about the product?
We chose Absorb because it is intuitive to the lay person. As someone who is not steeped in learning management systems, Absorb made creating courses, tracking users and pulling basic reports easy. With Absorb, we're able to provide a variety of courses - both online and instructor-led courses to our audience. Our Client Success Manager, Stephanie Berry, is very helpful, responsive and friendly. She keeps us informed on updates to the LMS and features that can help us to enhance our offerings. Chase Capelletto and Erin Snowdon in the billing office are both helpful and responsive to our questions and requests.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was greater variety in reporting options and an ability to pull assessment scores for specific date ranges. I also wish we had more control to rename some buttons and change section headers, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Absorb allows us easily create courses, track users, and manage a large number of courses and transactions, which is essential for our growing training needs. We have over 25,000 users in our system and there is no limit on the number of users. We look forward to implementing some gamification as well.

Very easy to navigate and easy to use and learn! I also like that admin side is easy to natigate
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features are slow to come by even when there's a demand, and also some of the features can be better such as testing and question banks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
