Easy to use for users and admins

What do you like best about the product?
It's very user intuitive and has allowed us to integrate easily with multiple other systems. We've been able to integrate Single Sign-On as well as integrating to LinkedIn Learning and importing courses with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
We've had to find a workaround for creating a series of microlearnings where each session could be a different topic. We've had to create each one as a separate course.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We require all staff to complete multiple learning paths for onboarding as well as different levels of system access. We can create and enroll users in multiple learning paths before they ever start with us to help enable seamless onboarding.

What do you like best about the product?
On the learner side Absorb is very easy to navigate and locate courses. On the Admin side, it is also very easy to navigate to review learn progress and assign courses.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting can be a little bit of a challenge as you can report on only one course at a time, also you cannot report on Inactive courses, enrolling in an ILC that has more then one session can be confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
from the ideas, board looks like Absor is addressing all these concerns

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Absorb has great customer service. They are always willing to hop on a call or dive into a problem with us to find solutions. I especially like that they can capture video screen shares to show how things are working or how to complete a process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes we have to wait a week or so to be able to meet with our representative if we just try to schedule a meeting. I have found that when a quicker answer is needed, sometimes email is best.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Absorb to provide training and other materials to members and non-members. The ability to provide certain items free of charge and others for a price depending on your membership level is key to our success, and Absorb helps us accomplish that.

What do you like best about the product?
Caitlyn is an amazing partner. She goes above and beyond to help. She is super knowledgeable and available.
What do you dislike about the product?
The system has some limitations in customizing the look of the LMS and mass enrolling via an excel file upload.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are helping us deliver training to our international organization.

What do you like best about the product?
Convenience of switching between Admin role and Learner role. Ability to report out on quizzes/assessments built into courses. Most importantly, I appreciate having a Customer Success Manager.
What do you dislike about the product?
Still learning a lot about the reporting options and the use of add-ons such as Analyze. I also still need to know abilities or limitations of reporting out on surveys made in authoring tools such as Storyline 360.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Giving our employees on demand courses to take at their convenience. This helps us reach more people with more material.

What do you like best about the product?
Learner's dashboard is easy to use and understand. Customer support is fast and I appreciate Jason May's patience and the time he takes on each call. Customization of the tiles and images. Reports are easy to use and create layouts. The impersonate tool helps me out a lot.
What do you dislike about the product?
Glitches seem to happen after updates. There seems to be a glitch after a downtime period of an update. On reports, if it had the math created on the bottom of the report (% completed overall vs % not completed). The Absorb Create tool needs to have spell check and be able to import/export the powerpoints to make it more shareable. Report layouts you should be able to edit the title you created rather than trashing it and restarting it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reviewer notifications message indicating which employee/learner is ready to be reviewed. Benefits us by making it a smoother process and clarification in who needs to be reviewed.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to create our training courses and to upload from an outside vendor.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be easier to have complete access to an employee's profile within one page. I don't like having to go into a page to edit a profile and then go to a completely different area to review their trainings and statuses of said trainings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Any questions or concerns that I have come across, I have been given assistance on how to either complete my task or shown where training information was available for me to handle the issue.

What do you like best about the product?
Absorb is an admin and user-friendly platform. The customer support is quick and special thanks to your CSM Melissa Wu who has provided excellent solutions and support whenever and wherever required.
What do you dislike about the product?
Absorb does not provide quick actions for any small change like user active or inactive we need to edit the whole profile and make the changes, same for courses. Reporting is also very limited there is no option for customising reports. In some report there is a limitation for filter and the additional filter does not give any proper results.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the new Absorb Analyse, the problem of reporting will be resolved.
