What do you like best about the product?
The functionality of the platform that allows us to reach our audience in multiple ways, and our Success Manager Caitlyn Tran who is always there to help us with our different use cases, show us new features and even select our organization to help pilot new functions.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have had glitches that seem to stump the developers at times. We have a great liaison in Caitlyn Tran that will escalate things for us when needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Absorb gives us the ability to engage learners in multiple ways and is always adding features to broaden the range and scope of engagement, from traditional e-learning, to virtual instructor led, on the job with manager review, and even social learning components and the beginnings of gamification.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Absorb is constantly updating the options available to their clients. They have provided digital innovations to the learning & training industry. Absorb is also very responsive to client feedback, and quick with support!
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much to dislike about Absorb. There have been times where I reached out for technical support after troubleshooting several things, and the support person replied back asking me to try things I already tried.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Absorb has helped us digitize a learning process that was once done on paper, brining our learning processes into the 20th century!

What do you like best about the product?
The opportunity to reach people near and far with interactivity
What do you dislike about the product?
As an Admin it can be difficult to translate some ideas into reality on the portal. it requires a good level of technical skills which I don't always have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
currently, meeting organizational KPIs, changing the front-facing platform to reflect updated needs.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of uploading a Scorm file and making a course Active the best.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are simple features missing that many other learning management systems have, such as running a report from multiple areas in the LMS as just one report.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not sure what problems Absorb is working on resolving.

What do you like best about the product?
I'm going to be honest and say that while I like the system, it's just like every other LMS I've worked with, but it's the outstanding helpdesk and personal service that I have received. I've worked with various LMS systems for over 30 years and they all have their pluses and minuses, but getting help when you need it most is what's important. Absorb provides that! Just to call them out, Caitlyn Tran is amazing and is always ready to get me out of trouble!
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the enrollment rules to be challenging. I'm still a beginner here so I have hope that it's my learning curve that comes into play. The system itself can be a bit clunky at times. I am in it for hours at a time and the amount of clicks to get everything done is a little high, but again, my learning curve is called out here as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently, we have no other way to house our courseware and allow our learners to access them. Absorb is fulfilling that need.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
if you are looking for a straightforward approach to an LMS, give Absorb a try. It's clean, easy and one of the least challenging LMS systems I have used.

As the company grows, we are working on automating and integrating our Onboarding, Talent, and Performance Managemen. Absorb is limited on these areas.

Avoiding duplicity and keeping training record intact.

What do you like best about the product?
The best is the customer support I get with Absorb. Every time I have a question Caitlyn our rep is quick to respond and gives us great feedback. The features of the program are also great and let me do everything I need to get done.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment I do not like that I can not click the enter to search for items when I am using the filter. I know they are working to resolve this issue which is great that they are open to feedback.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need to reach a vast amount of users by assigning them training that needs to get done every month. I like that it gives me the chance to reach all of them and monitor their progress.

Absorb Learning Platform is GREAT!

What do you like best about the product?
We do not have anyone dedicated to managing our learning platform, so we needed an LMS that would be easy to use for the participants and self-sufficient for the organization. Absorb was able to deliver on both counts. And more!
What do you dislike about the product?
We don't really dislike anything about the platform. We have been able to adjust it along the way to our needs. If I have to pick something, I guess it would be that there are times it is challenging to find support articles for my questions. But most of that is because I do not use the platform every day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are two main problems Absorb LMS is solving for us. The first one is based on travel and availability. Our organization is spread out around a large area, and our learners are not able to attend in-person training on any set day or time. On demand learning is the perfect solution! The second problem has been where to house our training. This LMS gives us one location to place everything.

What do you like best about the product?
Absorb is an easy-to-use and straightforward LMS, which enhances the user experience and results in positive feedback from our users and clients. Because of the ‘easy-to-use’ platform for the system admins, any issues or confusion that users may experience are quickly resolved. It is structured for both system admins and users to be set up for success. As a result, the positive feedback and user satisfaction we receive as it pertains to the experience our users have with the LMS speaks volumes to us that we chose the perfect LMS for our company.

Also, customer support is one of Absorb’s strengths. The support team is extremely responsive and always willing to go the extra mile to help support us, whether it be to add a feature or to troubleshoot. In fact, we have a standing meeting every week with Stephen from Absorb. This meeting allows us to learn about new features and to discuss any questions we have. Stephen is super responsive and helpful in resolving any questions we have. Everyone that I have interacted with from Absorb has been top-notch as far as providing the kind of support you would want when managing an LMS.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no downsides to using Absorb. It is an LMS that adequately and efficiently solves the needs of our company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The pandemic forced our company into a remote work environment. Absorb LMS has provided the platform needed for our company to continue to thrive and remain connected. A variety of departments within our company utilize the LMS in ways that produce successful learning and training. Absorb LMS better equipped our company to navigate through the transition to a remote work environment.
