Amazing LMS!

What do you like best about the product?
Absorb LMS makes it easy for any company to deliver training for employees located anywhere in the world! It is one of the best “easy-to-use” LMS platforms for admins and learners. As an Admin, I can easily manage a large number of learners, publish courses, track learner’s progress, and create reports from their activity. Absorb’s UI is great for learners and allows them to easily complete assigned training, locate training content, as well as view their learning transcript.
Absorb’s Customer Support team is an amazing group of individuals that are available when we have a question, and they also listen to our input and suggestions about future enhancements. In addition, Absorb Knowledge Base, as well as Absorb Academy is extremely helpful, and contains a ton of valuable information from the Absorb team, as well as other Absorb Admins from different industries.
We value the partnership we have with Absorb and look forward to growing with them as we both continue to evolve!
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing at this moment we dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Publishing Content, Tracking Progress, and Reporting progress to leadership.

What do you like best about the product?
Our implementation specialist, Sarah Rivest, was a pleasure to work with! She was extremely organized and always made herself available to answer our many many questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately, we are not able to have permanent access to our implementation specialist. She is so wonderful to work with and we are sad to be losing the opportunity to meet with her regularly, however, we are excited to meet other folks at Absorb!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Absorb LMS will allow us to house all of our internal trainings in one platform. It will also simplify our many processes by way of automation, organization, and quality of trainings we can offer to our staff.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The system is extremely robust and versatile - we are so happy we elected to go with Absorb!

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use for anyone new to managing an LMS. If you are experienced and looking for more robust features, well, those are available, too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more customizable widgets for the learner's dashboard. Also, wish there was a more engaging curriculum player. Wish polls could be initiated by learners, i.e., make suggestions and their peers can vote up or vote down the idea...showing the top ten vote-getting ideas. This would make it easy for company leadership to hear the voice of their teams. Also, wish that the reporting with visual dashboards with ability to drill down was built into the platform and not an additional expense.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently, making it easy for associates to access their assigned content. It's easy for them to navigate.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure the reporting capabilities meets your needs. If so, I'd recommend without hesitation.

What do you like best about the product?
How helpful everyone is. From Emily who helped us during the set up phase, to Christelle who made the whole thing happen for real (she was so helpful!), the entire team is well trained, warm, and knowledgable. They make time to see you and communicate well, making the whole process very easy. They are also very organized, and I really liked the implementation schedule we used.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some technical things that could be worked on within Absorb. I wish searching for articles on specific subjects in the help section was easier to do. Absorb acamedy was helpful, but repetetive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a medispa with many locations and technicians, we were trying to keep track of what technician had learned which technology, and to ensure that they had all read and understood the training material related to that technology. So far, it has been going very well, we no longer have to send long email with many attachments for each technician to read, it is all in absorb. also, it's easy to keep track of who has finished what.

The team I work with is great! They are always willing to help talk through challenges as needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
The manager experience is more so admin focused and the reporting could definitely continue to improve (progress has been made there though!)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Good automated business processes has helped us to get training out to our learners. The API integration has also helped us a lot.

What do you like best about the product?
The system is fairly easy to navigate, even with little training. The customer service support is quick and spot on! Makes my life so much easier - and I am able to get on with my day.
What do you dislike about the product?
When you are searching for a user's name, I often put the name in the wrong field and then have to rekey. I wouldn't say I like that if a user already exists in the LMS, you don't find this out until you have input all the fields and then saved. We have another system that we use to input users, and as soon as you input their username, if it is a duplicate, it warns you, so you are not filling out all the fields first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to demonstrate compliance to our regulatory bodies by results captured in the LMS, as well as ensuring all internal staff have taken required compliance courses. Both are easily trackable, and reports are easily created.

What do you dislike about the product?
That I can't see who opened up the emails we send through the LMS (read receipt)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Teams and Absorb integration has challenged my team and the Absorb team. Although the team is communicative and supportive each step of the way.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is the best platform at the best price point. It is not only visually effective, but intuitive and easy to use.

What do you like best about the product?
Customer success at Absorb is a priority. They want you to reach your business goals and connect with your customers. They are available when you need them for technical troubleshooting and brainstorming.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the things that is difficult is just getting used to all of the options that Absorb has to offer. Although, I believe this customization is a plus once you are seasoned with some experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are trying to reach many different learners and keep their track personalized. We don't have many course offerings yet, but Absorb has the capability for us to grow our course catalog in an accessible way.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's important to consider how you can grow your customer's knowledge within Absorb's platform. Their employees are friendly, reassuring, and helpful - they feel like another partner on your team. Their attention to their customers is invaluable when beginning to create a course catalog.
