What do you like best about the product?
Customer Service is great and responsive. Easy platform to navigate and customize. Good UI/UX for the learner. The platform is designed around the learner experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting can be a little of a challenge to create. Lacking the ability to report against multiple courses in the same report. Lacks the scheduling functionality to send more than one daily report.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simple easy-to-use LMS platform where the learners can quickly get started; moderately powerful admin; regular reporting capabilities. Integration with HCM system

What do you like best about the product?
Very robust Admin interface. Positive learner experience & easy to use. Best Client Success team that I've worked with in my 12 years with my current company. We appreciate that our portal is highly customizable and that new features and updates are consistently released!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much that we dislike. There are a few features we wish would be added, but Absorb is always asking for our feedback and making improvements across the board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Absorb helps us to stay compliant with employee training. With their observation checklist tool we are phasing out paperwork and going digial - which has been a huge project for us to tackle.

What do you like best about the product?
The different options I have to create upload courses and resources.
What do you dislike about the product?
Docusign functionality wish there were a quick and easy way for anyone to acknowledge a course completion or document review acknowledgment
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Course status reports have been an excellent solution for business partners to see how employees are doing. We now have a way to hold those in departments who have not completed specific training.

What do you like best about the product?
The customization of the system and the amazing CSM and groups I have worked with to date.
What do you dislike about the product?
Support response time and resolution can be slow sometimes, but the company has improved greater over the last 6 months.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems solved is having a virtual platform for Learning and collaboration during the pandemic since we launched in fall 2019. The benefits have been a learning and resources one-stop-shop for team members across North America.

What do you like best about the product?
There's a lot of "bests" with Absorb. I appreciate the flexibility, the fact that it is used for our storefront and our employees, the level of service we receive from the Absorb team, the speed in which we get support, reasonable contract fees and much, much more. I was a cheerleader for our parent company to engage with Absorb since we had been using it for 5+ years and have had only good experiences with it. Another best is we have multiple URLs for our clients to access Learning Content that's specific to them. It's an incredible opportunity to offer a customized, high level service offering for clients. *** a shout out to Caitlyn Tran - she's quick, efficient, CLEAR and is very willing to help - no matter what. Caitlyn is always up for a challenge, question, or conversation about Absorb to ensure we are using the system to its absolute FULLEST. She's an amazing and valuable asset to Absorb. ***
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not a dislike, rather something that can be confusing to the user/client. As stated in my "likes best" we have multiple URLs for a unique client experience; what's challenging is if clients need to access multiple URL instances and can't unless they use a different email. While I "get it" it's not a great user experience for the client. The challenge is few and far between; however, it's one thing that we often consider, which becomes a bit of an admin time suck.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems we are solving are 1.) the ability to have a storefront for our prospects/clients; 2) Absorb hosts our self-paced learning for our software programs so our clients have access to content; 3) we have clients, regions, and provinces who access custom URLs that draws up content that's specific to that client, region or province; and 4) it's a literal set-it-and-forget-it. Once the content is up and running properly, there's very little hands-on or administrative work that needs to happen. It's incredibly easy to work with and I feel confident once the content is set up that it's going to work with little to no additional interaction.

What do you like best about the product?
Our implementation specialist and IT support have been so helpful in setting us up for success and being available. The system meets our requirements for users and admin functionality and I LOVE their commitment to support, future growth, and idea generation and timely updates for what features are on the roadmap. The current dashboards are so helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing yet! Most of our nice-to-have improvements are on their posted roadmap for the year (like upgraded file manager for the system admin and enhancements to the flow of activities)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dashboard for reporting at our store level - we can create and push reporting dashboards at the system admin level so our store leaders have the key information they need populating for them and at their fingertips. the ability to create different user interfaces for different users/departments is also a huge win, we love the ability to customize the content and presentation of it.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the personalized support provided by our CSM and other members of the team. The learners experience is very user friendly. The product team does seem to really care about choosing the right advancements
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a challenge with all of the workarounds on the admin experience. The site can be slow or unstable at times. We are continually asking for features that are standard in other LMS systems
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Overall it is a better admin and learner experience. This was a big problem for us in the past. We are providing flexible learning paths, ILCs, and competencies
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are a part of a more complex organization or have multiple sites, it is manageable to work with but expect a lot of workarounds. Overall great platform for your users.

Absorb is the LMS of choice for any and all of your training needs

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use, built-in capabilities for assessments and observation checklists, and the outstanding support staff that have helped me get our company's LMS up and running. I also very much appreciate the ability to impersonate users so you can see exactly what they see on their end for troubleshooting.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I dislike about Absorb LMS is that there are several features that I believe are missing, but I will bring them to their attention so they can be added to their roadmap. One example being that I wish there were a way to set more than one User in the system as a Supervisor to employees, or more generally have a Supervisor role where any Supervisor for a location can access the Reviewer experience for any of their trainees.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have needed an LMS system for years at this point, and it has always just been something that was put off for the short term. Being able to provide standardized and streamlined training for all of our franchise locations will be invaluable as we continue to build out our library of courses.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Absorb has all the tools needed to get the job done; I couldn't recommend it more highly.

What do you like best about the product?
Our client success manager (Tynan)! He's always so helpful. My team also appreciates the general ease of use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The dashboard for admins needs to be mobile. Sometimes it takes a little figuring out how reports work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can track a lot more of what our employees are using. My team is actively involved in it and the management team is now seeing the benefits of using the platform for their teams.

What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive, logical. Evolving regularly with features and updates. Customer service is at a high level.
What do you dislike about the product?
Doesn't accommodate blended learning well and interface, though very customizable, is not as flexible as we'd like to have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking training, delivering online learning, managing and scheduling ILC, controlled delivery of compliance training.
