Intuitive Platform to Engage Our Customers

What do you like best about the product?
Absorb is an intuitive platform that engages our customers in a beautiful branded environment. Our customers can easily navigate the site using navigation they are using in their online environment. Also, the administration side of the platform is customizable and easy to use. The customer service is wonderful. I love the Absorb academy. It has been easy learning the ins and outs of Absorb.
What do you dislike about the product?
Absorb is a great product. I have not found anything I do not like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have customized dashboards for specific groups, which has allowed us to expand our Training products.

What do you like best about the product?
Rule-based enrollment, self registration, analytics, end-user system details, survey answers to determine user enrollment/content needs, support, course organization options, ability to provide a course catalog for all content allowing self-enrollment.
What do you dislike about the product?
Complexity of creating enrollment rules; almost required a code-developer or SQL-based knowledge. Take into consideration I haven't used it for about 4.5 years so I'm sure some of these areas have improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Would be trying to resolve content-deployment costs as well as streamlining efforts and resources needed to deliver our content. Provide more effective and meaningful analytics to corporate leadership to prove ROI for eLearning programs. Ability to capture and report on end-user (aka customer) satisfaction.

Koantic: Online Authoring Tool

What do you like best about the product?
Koantic is the best software I've used in a long time, probably since I realized how great Microsoft Excel is.

It makes working so much fun; It's not a job when you can create fun, interactive lessons.

The ease of learning and navigating within Koantic is unparalleled. I now wish every program had the capabilities that Koantic offers, even the products I once thought were the top dogs, like website making applications, do not offer the complexity yet ease of inserting animations, tool tips and external content.

Everyone should have this tool, just like everyone should have a 12.9 inch apple Ipad.

What do you dislike about the product?
I am having trouble getting the downloaded packages into Google products but once I solve that, the most important things would be:

1. Being able to record audio while viewing the slides
2. Allowing multiple audio files onto one slide OR a way to easily edit audio within Koantic
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem of boring flat curriculum and the problem of providing online lessons amongst this International Covid dilemma.

What do you like best about the product?
Absorb LMS continuously upgrades its software and introduces new features. It's very insightful and can find the answers we want in many ways. You can quickly enter our documents and access reports more easily. It encourages all learning stages. The ability to build career paths through study is a valuable tool for your career development. I want the appearance of our LMS to be personalized. We 're incredibly flexible and awesome. We've got a lot of roles.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although the curve is very simple, it's very difficult for me to know. The reporting feature is still a step forward, some filters support, but it still seems somewhat awkward. I want to change Absorb simple stuff. For instance, the automated calendar includes an understanding that Absorb provides data after no information is provided to an online student. I still check for this. Alternative solutions sometimes are open, but I want customer needs to be handled faster.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It promotes and places content in the hands of students. Allows you to personalize users according to profile, person, etc. I typically get a answer in a matter of hours if there are problems / issues. The problem isn't always solved immediately, but I always have a person who answers me and a high quality customer service is very important. This platform allows me to interact dynamically with my students, and notifications are good because students are kept informed of the tasks they have to perform in this way.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It has lots of LMS features you like and is easy to use. We are actively developing to adapt to the community's growing needs and to help you find innovative solutions. Easy communication and intuitive student screen templates.

Great online learning tool.

What do you like best about the product?
This leads to tracking all of our students' preparation and professional development. This was also a helpful tool for people to sign up for teachers. The software is simple to use, but strong as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't really had a lot of trouble. I talk to my customer service agent (who is the same agent often incidentally), and generally we can find a rational solution if anything is wrong by the program, i.e. it has the functionalities. We work harder to stay abreast of product changes requested by their customers. Due to too many choices, reporting roles can be frustrating often. That is good and bad. It is good and poor.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating lectures, course access and real-time reporting for each department is much simpler. We have over 15 training sessions annually solved the nightmare. This also helps us to monitor important papers such as criminal background checks and to inform you of an expiry date.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
For every software kit, be specific about your goals. Absorb LMS provides a great customer service. Absorb LMS is highly user-friendly once installed. This device, I strongly advise.

What do you like best about the product?
It's quite easy to work with and easy to use, so it gives our students a great place to learn. It was always easy for me to navigate, build or edit current content, build leaked files, and receive only user reviews. I also found that Absorb is fully adaptable for our multimedia, image, and presentation needs, and allowed us to maintain our Articulate-authored exams.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see more funding for continuing schooling, as well as the choice of courses in different categories, so that our students have several routes leading to the same location.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This has made our students ' learning needs more effective and available at our own pace. This saves time , energy and money because our learning material resides on a convenient platform, which we would not have had if we were to start our virtual training classes alone. Through this LMS, more services have been established that expand our scope to new markets such as sales teams and university and students.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
When possible, program an Absorb LMS prototype for the best administrator and student feel. I recommend its implementation. I recommend its implementation.

What do you like best about the product?
Absorb LMS is evolving its software constantly and is adding new features and innovations. In LMS culture we are promising to disrupt by facilitating the development of new classes, lessons and learning plans for students. A support team is well-informed and seeks simple solutions and prevents issues. I want to be able to customize our LMS appearance. We are very versatile and imaginative. We have many roles.
What do you dislike about the product?
I want some easy stuff to alter Absorb. The automated calendar, for example, includes an understanding that Absorb offers data after an online student does not have any information. That's what I'm always looking for. Sometimes workarounds are open, but I want to see clients' needs handled more quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It encourages fast content development and puts it in students' hands. It makes it possible to customize users by profile, person, etc. If problems / concerns are present, I usually get an answer within a few hours. The problem isn't always fixed immediately, but I always have a person to answer me and it is very important to have quality customer service.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's easy to use and has many of the LMS features you like. We are continuously evolving to address the community's increasing needs and able to help you provide creative solutions to your needs.

What do you like best about the product?
It's very intuitive and has many ways to find the answers we want. Our documents can be quickly entered and accessed in reports better. It promotes all stages of learning. The opportunity to build career paths by studying provides a valuable resource for developing their careers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although it's really easy, I find the learning curve quite difficult. The reporting feature remains an advance, some of which the filters help, but it still seems a bit embarrassing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can receive training and receive classes effectively. This platform allows me to interact dynamically with my teachers, the notifications are good because they keep me up to date with the tasks that I have to do.

I recommend research, easy communication, and intuitive student screen templates.
