Changing the playing field with Absorb LMS

What do you like best about the product?
The user friendliness and support from the Absorb staff when I encounter speedbumps. So far there has been zero issues with the platfiorm itself. The support staff is so attentive and helpful. So far it has been easy to implement. I love the Create Features and I am excited about the AI features.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I have seen no downsides. If I find I am having trouble with a particular part of the LMS, the support staff responds quickly to get me on my way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It was so difficult to create content using our previous LMS. Support staff was slow to respond and when they did, their advice was not helpful. Absorb Create allows me to create beautiful content quickly and the support staff has almost immediate response and responds with great advice and help.

What do you like best about the product?
Versatility, great support, leader in the industry.
What do you dislike about the product?
Need more assist on the learner side with navigation tips/videos, etc. They are moving toward AI Assist which will be great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
managing our learners progress, having one place for all training to be visible to management, and customizable reporting capabilities.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the features that Absob LMS provides our team. We're able to create an effective learner experience from start to finish. It was also a quick LMS to implement and easy to use from both a user and administrator perspective.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd love to see their survey capability improved
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Absorb is allowing us to create learning paths that our clients can take for both onboarding and upskilling purposes.

Effortless Onboarding With Adam at Absorb

What do you like best about the product?
Absorb perfectly fit what we needed at the stage we found ourselves with a rebrand and relaunch of our business.

It gives us the option to tailor or training offering to each of partners or members of staff individually.
What do you dislike about the product?
We know that a couple of our small issues with Absorb LMS are as a result of our particular and niche use case, and therefore would not necessarily be deemed worthy of development time to implement. However, some of these issues have been noted in the upcoming updates.

It would be great to see an effective and easy way of implementing iFrames, as well as having our logo show in the favicon for any documents opened through the LMS itself, rather than the Absorb logo.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Absorb LMS is helping is to more easily, effectively and effeciently onboard our partners, as well as go back and provide further or simply just touch up training to current partners.

It also offers us the option to have a near all in one interface for our partners needs, specifically to access certain resources.

One of the other ways that Absorb LMS is benefiting us is by allowing us to offer this service white labelled to our partners for distribution to their end users.

What do you like best about the product?
Little to no technical issues. The people from sales to customer service have been fantastic.
What do you dislike about the product?
Uploading external courses takes too long. The integration needs to be better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are adding Skills which will help map succession planning but it currently only is using their content library and we use GO1.

What do you like best about the product?
As a company we make regular asks thta demand a fast and positive response, our CSM moves heaven and earth to ensure we get what we need so that on the rare ocassion he says "it can't been done" we know he has exhausted all possibilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
The complexity of the system means that is the smallest change can have unintentional impact
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ensuring our users receive a constant and uniform stream of training

What do you like best about the product?
We can upload our previously created powerpoints very easily and create curriculums that have auto enrollment options specific to a certain role or location.

Customer support all the time and usually can find a solution. Can take a bit of time to replicate the issue.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting view could be a bit easier to understand. You can't edit multiple courses at once if you want to update an image or enrollment rule, etc. Can be time consuming to make edits if you aren't sure what you want to do at the start.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sounds like they have Absorb Analyze which hopefully makes reporting better.

What do you like best about the product?
How flexible and adaptable the system is. We have a different way of doing things and we had multiple ways of setting the system up to make it work. It is great to know that this system can grow with us over many years.

Customer service is amazing. I can't even begin to talk about how well they help and really try to understand what we are doing so we get the best care.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, nothing. There are a few things here and there in the system that could change but it is nothing that is super huge and important to how we are using the system. The number of features/options outweighs any issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of registration for our participants, a great way of housing all of our e-learns, communications with the participants, and a great way to keep the participants on a specific track of education.

What do you like best about the product?
I found the ease of use, implementation, and integration the most helpful. Our support team was always quick to reply or jump on a call to help us work out out struggle.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the Knowledge Articles are helpful and a great tool, they are at times overwhelming because the large number of them can make it hard to locate the exact help you need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Overall effeficeny, removing a great deal of manual tasks, a more clean and sleek appearance and more interactive learning experience.
