Easy and Powerful

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is easy to use but also powerful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because there are so many options, sometimes the reporting features can be confusing. It's a good and bad thing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're using Absorb to roll out training's with our partners. SSO integration will prove valuable as we expand.

What do you like best about the product?
After months of product reviews, we selected Absorb as the most user-friendly platform to meet our needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
They're working harder on staying attentive to their customers' requests for product enhancements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Much easier course creation, course access, and real-time reporting for individual departments in our company.

Be clear about your expectations with any software package.

What do you like best about the product?
Absorb is easy to administer and allows for full customization of the interface for users. I've always found it simple to navigate, create or edit existing content, generate filtered reports, and have only ever received positive feedback from the users' perspective as well. I also found Absorb to completely suit our needs for hosting media content, image and presentation files, and allowed us to maintain our Articulate-authored exams.
What do you dislike about the product?
Absorb quizzes are great for knowledge checks, but I still found the need to use Articulate for more robust exam creation and reporting ability and so I hope Absorb only continues to expand their built-in assessments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Absorb has provided both efficiency and accessibility for self-paced learning needs for not only our clients but internal employees as well. Having our learning content exist in a easy-to-use platform has saved time, energy, and resources that we would not have had we decided to stick with only virtual training classes. Having this LMS has also inspired additional programs to be created extending our outreach to additional audiences such as sales teams and university/college students.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Schedule a demo of Absorb if you can that will allow you to get the best look and feel from both the Administrator side as well as the Learner side.

Absorb has been amazing!

What do you like best about the product?
Robyn has been the most helpful and patient representative. She has walked us through so much of this LMS and helped us use it to its full potential! She is always open to help, especially at a moments notice. Absorbs LMS is quite user friendly, easy to work in thus providing a great place for our clients to engage in learning.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see more resources available for continuing education, as well as an option to have courses associated with different categories, so our learners have multiple paths that lead to the same destination.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s a user friendly platform that allows our clients to walk through the lessons and engage in an easy way. It helps us, help them.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The more you play around within the system, the easier it becomes. Don't hesitate to reach out to your representatives, they are a truly valuable asset. Ours has helped teach us so much about the ins and outs. It offers a lot!

An excellent LMS choice

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, low learning curve, user-friendly, AMAZING customer service. I've been Admin on several other LMS platforms and Absorb is my favorite to-date
What do you dislike about the product?
Moving resources could be easier but that's about it. Most functions are drag and drop or a nice interface.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We run e-Learning for hundreds of users on a revolving basis and have resources, videos, and more available for users. We use this as a Knowledge Base, e-Learning platform, onboarding, and more.
With Covid and work-from-home, we utilized some of the Absorb training that they made available for our employees.

Quality features, easy to implement.

What do you like best about the product?
Absorb continuously evolves its software and introduces new technologies and features. We are a promising disruptive element in the culture of LMS by making it easy for students to build new classes, lessons and curricula. A team of help is well-informed and finds easily approaches and avoids any issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to see Absorb change some simple stuff. For example, the automated calendar calls for an insight that Absorb sends out details after an person registers for an online course. I'm really waiting to be patched for that. Research is still completed, but customer requests / needs would like to be addressed faster.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Technical preparation, sales certification, HR / compliance for internal team members of partners and customers. Administration makes it easy to quickly build content and put it in the hands of learners. This enables users to be customized by profile, person, etc.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Is simple to use and has many features in an LMS that you like. We are continually evolving to meet the community's growing needs and are prepared to assist you in providing innovative solutions for your requirements.

What do you like best about the product?
Absorb has helped us keep track of all of our employee training and professional development. It has also been a helpful tool for having people sign up for instructor-led sessions. In my opinion, the best part of Absorb is the customer service. I am not a techy person, so I was so grateful to have the support of the Absorb team during implementation as well as now as random questions come up.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't really experienced many downsides. If there is somethign I need the system to do that is doen's have the functionality, I speak to my customer support person (which by the way, is the same person all the time), and we can usually figure out a reasonable work-around /solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have solved the nightmare of tracking 15+ annual trainings for over 250 employees. It also allows us to track important docs like Criminal Record Checks and it provides reminders when something is about to expire. So helpful!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The customer service at Absorb is amazing! Once set up, Absorb is very user-friendly. I strongly recommend this system!

Koantic, a great platform for creating interactive videos

What do you like best about the product?
This piece of software is very easy and intuitive to use, has some useful tools for animating text and symbols. it also has a nice collection of page presets which makes it very easy to start creating interactive videos. The service and support the team at koantic is providing is just phenomenal.
What do you dislike about the product?
there was actually nothing i really did not like. maybe the missing timeline with keyframe like you have in big animation apps, but for an online platform it absolutely fulfilled my needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have a customer who is thrilled by the possibility to have interactive videos and so have his products well explained and give the user a choice what information he wants to see.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Actually i haven't used the whole bandwidth of possibilities Koantic is providing. When i found this great platform i was looking for an easy to use tool for creating interactive videos and it absolutely fulfilled my requirements.

What do you like best about the product?
That LMS is super user friendly.
And if something goes wrong anyway, the customer support is fast, effective, and sympathetic, which is always a + !
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that the technical team is in Canada only (and so when you are in Europe, a problem needed to be resolved step by step must take a lot of time (wait for 12 hours for each response to a question).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I saved a lot of time, by using automatized tasks

What do you like best about the product?
I like having the ability to set up the look/feel of our LMS. We have a lot of functionality and ability to be creative and make the LMS look like our companies own page.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a few basic things I would like to see Absorb improve. For example the automatic calendar invite to outlook that Absorb sends after a person registers for an online course is missing information. I'm still waiting for this to be fixed. There are always work arounds, but would like to see customer requests/needs handled faster.

Most of my dislikes are minor. The ability to customize fonts, expiration date for billboards, change resource categories in bulk from the admin side, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Whenever there are issues/concerns, I generally get a response within a couple of hours. The issue isn't always solved right away, but I can always get a person to respond to me and having quality customer service is so important.
