The very easy to use and straightforward LMS

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the ease of creating new courses, adding assessments and importing third-party SCORM files. Being able to impersonate learners helps greatly in troubleshooting errors and functionality, which can be overlooked with an administrator point of view.
What do you dislike about the product?
Running complexing reporting has gotten better with time and there is still room for growth. Looking forward to a bit more detail with the learner's transcript report.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They have helped us create an online learning environment that is self-running, self-paced and allows us to manage it with little effort.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Determine what your overall goals are, how to want to deliver your content, where that content will be stored and what type of information will need to be reported on in the future.

Absorb: Great for brand personalization

What do you like best about the product?
Since our elearnings are branded and we are focused on brand pride. We were able to personalize our elearning site, organize lessons based on due dates and topics and create reports on lesson completion.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have had some issues with uploading different file types into our document library. This has been something that creates delays in our coaches being able to access the materials needed for our weekly trainings. Supervisors also then don't have the materials to effectively lead their weekly meetings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are ensuring that our coaches receive consistent information through the modules we have designed. This platform has also allowed us also track module completion.

What do you like best about the product?
It's a pretty user friendly system and I can often times find what im looking for. It's helped me to virtually sign up for trainings and take them at my convenience, as well as track my progress.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't have the prettiest layout and sometimes isn't that intuitive. I've had some weird issues with calendar invites.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A way to track and enroll in learning/training seminars for my company.

What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely love how great Absorb works. As a customer service trainer, it is important to have software that I trust to help me teach! The students also love the ease of use that Aborbs brings, as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the audio quality can be slightly lacking, but this is normally a fixable issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Training across our global community! This is a fantastic program that helps teach out customer service agents through an online portal.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Lots of ways to use this tool, playing with the settings is helpful!

What do you like best about the product?
I like best that everytime I get stuck there is a person (Romain or support) I may ask who is helping me over within a second with a smile included. No matter if it’s a user problem, some interface question, or anything else.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, the overall experience is this great that I can't find anythin I don't like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our business tasks are everchanging and this fast. Thus we need to communicate the what and how immediately in a manner which is appealing and easy to take for our employees.
The solution for doing so is definitely KOANTIC.

The main benefits from my point of view are:
- Professional looking design
- All kind of files are easy to integrate, even a MIX of e.g. video, PDF and text. within one single slide.
- Speed production
- Support really fast and supportive
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just give it the trail and you'll never regret but producing really nice stuff within a short period of time.

What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is easy to navigate, especially for first time users.
What do you dislike about the product?
We often have multi-page trainings, and users think there is only one page. This could be solved by putting the "Next" button at the bottom of the screen rather than at the top where viewers don't see it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is where we house and assign our training materials. Torch LMS serves as a central hub for all training materials that's easily accessible for our staff.

What do you like best about the product?
The interface is very user friendly and even the most beginner of users can operate this software.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found anything I havent like yet.

Allows us to launch and track more e-learning solutions instead of taking the bandwidth of the team that is needed for job specific instructor led training.

What do you like best about the product?
It worked for enrolling associates in various courses and I could put together a particular course track and enroll students in the entire track with one enrollment per user.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall the site design is bad, functionality is poor and reporting is very difficult and not user friendly. Generally the user experience is not great for me as an admin or my students as users. We are going to be moving away from eLogic to another vendor which not only meets our requirements but has more elegant solutions to those requirements, for an LMS UX should be important but to eLogic it is definitely secondary.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using as an LMS to house and distributed e-courses as well as manage and track registration for live courses.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Spend the money to get something better, your users will appreciate it.

Solid LMS from a Teacher's Perspective

What do you like best about the product?
The UI is well designed and intuitive, allowing for a variety of useful functions that are easily accessible to less tech savvy users. The system allows for easy access to schedules as well as content for teachers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The calendar function could be better developed to allow for integration with other calendars. Absorb seems better designed for corporate than it is for teachers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Absorb allows us to consolidate all of the content, scheduling, and administrative tasks that teachers need access to. It streamlines the process and makes it easier for online teachers to go about the business of teaching with little administrative headache.
