Love the Product - Versatile and Powerful
What do you like best about the product?
Amazing product with a wide range of applications within the platform.
Negative side of this though is that each application increases the annual cost of the platform which may be problematic for a smaller organization or government entities.

What do you dislike about the product?
The most challenging component for me is that although the answer to the issue that's been encounterd is easily, the answer isn't alway easily identifiable. It can be challenging to find answers in Absorb Academy and I spent a fair amount of time trying to "self-teach" since there are not many resources available outside of the Absorb platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Has dramatically decreased the amount of time needed for the organization to acheive 100% staff compliance for required annual training courses.

Great platform - outstanding customer service and support

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a great tool for our partner and customers when it comes to product education. It also work wonders when it comes to internal trainings. All our learners are able to use the platform with the issues
Robust User Friendly LMS option
What do you like best about the product?
This LMS is incredibly user friendly for Admins and Leaners alike. As an admin, you are able to manage courses, users, and resources without robust onboarding/training.
Absorb is dilligent about informing Admins of changes in a timely manner, so whether you use the system daily or only sign in quarterly, you can rest assured you'' be up to date on the latest changes.
The Customer Support Managers and Account Managers take the time to know their clients by name, understand their use case, and provide guidance from there.

What do you dislike about the product?
While most support requests recieve a timely response; glitches that need developer involvement can take a while to fix, since they require time to find the cause of the issue and appropriate fix.
As with most LMS, this was built with internal customers as the primary focus. Using Absorb LMS for external clients can require creativitiy at times. The CSMs are incredibly helpful in these instances.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Absorb assists in tracking learner completion of required content (web courses and instructor led courses) for certifications offered.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to build a course catalog with tags, priorities, recommendations and curriculum. It is easy to use, our implementation team helped us with customer support so we could launch successfully and we are able to quickly build courses to attract our learners to take professional develop training.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are sometimes too many different ways to do the same thing so learning a process can be cumbersome. There are also several things that are called one term in one location and used in a report under a different field name. This inconsistency can be confusing and make it challenging to design job aids for use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integrating with AI and PowerPoint in Create will help us get course authoring done more efficiently. Automating reports and reminders for course due dates has saved our organization over 100 hours in staff time each year.

What do you like best about the product?
We can quickly and easily find all of our employee's training. The implementation was quick and easy. Christelle was our implementation specialist and was so easy to work with. She also worked with us to ensure our team fully understood the product. Her customer service was terrific. We have a connection with ADP. This integration ensures information is provided in real-time and has given our development team ease of use. This has streamlined our administrative work.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found anything that I don't like at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had multiple systems and ways to conduct training, which made our process administratively heavy. With this new system, we can track training, provide instruction, and build courses all within the same system. Employee engagement is an important topic in today's industry. This system allows us to provide a better user experience, which, in turn, helps engagement.
Excellent Client Support; Significant improvements in features and functionality in recent years
What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is intuitive and easy to use. Absorb also has a very responsive client support system. We also like the fact that it integrates with LinkedIn Learning and ADP.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the functionality is still a little limited as compared to other LMS systems. For example, one is unable to have multiple approval levels for courses; and the Analyze learning curve is still a little steep and not so intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us design large corporate training events in innovative ways. We also use it to automate our onboarding processes.
Solid LMS system to administer training across organization
What do you like best about the product?
Absorb is easy to navigate and course setup, once you work through the first time is easy to duplicate. I also like the customization that is available with Absorb, it really makes the LMS look and feel like other company websites and systems. Implementation was quite easy and staff were able to navigate the system quite easily. We are using this product across departments in the organization so the same look and feel for all online training keeps it more simple for users.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting functionality can be lmited. i like to be able to slice and dice data in different ways to view data from different angles. We are investigating their BI product analyze in the near future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Training tracking is a huge benefit for me managing the Food Safety program. We've gone from word and excel sheets for tracking to almost soley relying on Absorb to provide similar information. That's a saving in time and resources.

What do you like best about the product?
Absolutely thrilled with the customer support provided by Kirsten Spak at Absorb! Kirsten is knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly helpful. She resolves any issues we have swiftly, making the entire process incredibly smooth. Couldn't be happier with the on-going service we receive from both Kirsten and the Absorb team. The platform itself is easy to use and implement and integrates nicely with our other software programs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, overall we are completely satisfied with Abosrb and its features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows our sales representatives to have quick access to training and development content both online and the mobile app. The platform is easy to use, very user friendly.

Nothing at this time. I feel the program meets all of our current needs.
