excellent implementation experience
What do you like best about the product?
Our biggest pluses for Absorb are the integration with Salesforce and users being able to take courses directly from salesforce and the ease of use for our admins to create and manage courses.
Our implementation experience with David as our Implementation Manager was exceptional. We always felt informed, supported, and capable of transitioning to our new LMS.
Customer support from the development team to the billing team has been outstanding.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing we'd love to see is the abilit for the beautiful Absorb design/customizations be able to transfer over to the Salesforce experience for users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Variable pricing by audience, access to courses directly from salesforce.

Simple and Powerful
What do you like best about the product?
Absorb makes complex tasks very simple with a clean user interface, and great user support!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a couple of workflow processes that are not available in Absorb that I frequently utilized in other LMS platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We recently transitioned from Moodle to Absorb in an effort to upgrade our learning management system that can handle multiple portals (departments)
Absorb User for 2 Years
What do you like best about the product?
It is a good LMS that does what it is supposed to do. I like the fact that they pay attention to their users and work hard to continually enhance the product and add new features. We have a great CSM (Stephanie Berry) who is prompt with responses and very helpful in accomplishing the admin functions I need to perform.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not the most intuitive for our users or admins. You have to spend some time learning how to do things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy deployment of training for our team members and tracking.
A Great Product for a Reasonable Price
What do you like best about the product?
Great ability to author courses and include very diverse types of content
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting facility rather cumbersome. Would like to be able to build more efficient reports
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It was an ideal platform for our Resident Academy (learning and courses targeted at customers of the organisation) whilst still enable use by in-house staff members.
Absorb Review
What do you like best about the product?
Absorb LMS has a user interface that is user friendly, logical and easy to navigate. The Support website has an extensive knowledge base and training videos. Support cases are handled promptly. The users/learners also likes the LMS as it tracks their progress.
What do you dislike about the product?
Data analytics and reports are limited, unless you purchase the Data Analytics module which is expensive. I also do not like the integration with ADP to update users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As curriculums are developed by role, new hires are trained in a standardized manner. Managers may track the learners' progress to ensure curriculum completion. Users enjoy being able to re-enroll in a course that was difficult or if they need a refresher.
Great user-friendly features with an excellent administrator interface.
What do you like best about the product?
The administrator interface is very intuitive. When we first trialed Absorb LMS, I knew within 10 minutes that I would not find a better interface. Advantages include being able to adjust tablular report criteria on the same page without having to first load the report in a new browser tab. The interface is also very responsive. Changes to enrollment criteria are displayed in real time incuding the total number of enrollments, the number of existing enrollments and the number of new enrollments.
Customer support has been excellent and our implentation was completed in a fraction of the time necessary for our previous LMS. We required an additional implementation when we launched a Document Management System. That was a large project and was completed on time. I appreciate how the Anaylze BI tool is integrated with the main admin interface and does not require any third party tools or a specific operating system as my work computer is a Mac. While it is not designed to be mobile-friendly, the admin interace is usable on a phone, which has allowed to provide a quick response if I am away from a computer.
Even with the Analyze add-on our total cost was lower than our previous LMS with the added benefit of having dramatically more features. The various user tiers that Absorb offers are very business-friendly and do not have any hidden fees.

Some of the tablular reports do have limitations. Those limitations are not present in the Analyze BI tool, but that is a very expensive add-on. Not being able to schedule enrollments to occur on a specific date is a drawback.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to provide clear learning paths by utilizing the post enrollments feature. Our previous LMS could only display curriculum contents in a single list with no indication if courses had to be completed in a specific order, for example. We were also able to develop an extensive forklift training and certification process.
Great software with a great onboarding experience
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the ability to use Abosrb Create to make my own content I can then share with out users.

Absorb LMS allows us to offer flexible training options while also ensuring consumer accountability and knowledge retention.
Best LMS platform I have experienced!!
What do you like best about the product?
Absorb LMS is very user friendly and easy to navigate. The support team in EVERY department is/was very helpful. In addition, the content in the learning library is very easy to follow and useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really don't have any dislikes about Absorb LMS. Everything so far has been seemless.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Absorb is assisting our company with housing e-learning modules on our data management platform for our staff, attorney partners, customers and vendors. The platform has allowed us to eradicate live training sessions.
Easy to use - easy to navigate
What do you like best about the product?
Absorb is very user friendly, intuitive. I like that it allows you to create reports on course activity and it also sends reminder emails to those who are not complete. It makes managing courses easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think I am slightly challenged by the time it does take to learn something new if an update comes, I feel like I may not be taking advantage of all the features. That is not really their issue, but I am challenged by this aspect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are not a business, but it is helping us deliver mandatory training across our service which is wide spread. Geography can be challenging, but with Absorb, we can reach everyone very easily.
Compelling, feature-packed LMS that's easy to use.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the amount of customization and ease of use found on the platform. It has the ability to be something as simple as a system of record to an all-in-one LMS solution with custom courseware.
What do you dislike about the product?
At first the amount of possibilities and features can feel overwhelming, but this is more of a neutral statement than a net negative one.

We're using Absorb as a customer enablement tool to bring relevant curricula and reporting to enhance their journey as a client and ensure maximum returns with increased knowledge of the work we do together.
