Seamless Daily Sync with Multiple Updates a Day
What do you like best about the product?
The sync is seamless with daily sync, with multiple sync a day
What do you dislike about the product?
Only when there is a glitch, which its no fault of theirs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have two ERP apps, and we were inputting data in both manually, until we came across Commercient and the manual way of doing things became a process of the past.
Avoid this vendor for syncs and seek an alternative
What do you like best about the product?
It is one of the few options advertised for syncing Sage 100 to Zoho CRM. Other agencies claim to offer similar services but do not appear in Zoho's marketplace.
What do you dislike about the product?
Before delivering their project as contracted, they had already asked me to leave a five star review on platforms like these in exchange for an incentive, so read the positive reviews with this in mind.
The level of service provided by this vendor, their inability to deliver service as outlined in their contract, and the turnaround time for requests is unacceptable. To put this into concrete terms:
- Our Sage 100 to Zoho CRM has been broken for a month, and Commercient has been unwilling to provide a timeline for resolution, often unresponsive, and evasive when asked to commit to a fix.
- Pushing records from Zoho CRM to Sage 100 as advertised and contracted for has never functioned correctly.
- A sync reconfiguration requested and paid for in June (they require upfront payment for changes) has still not been delivered in October.

Commercient SYNC + ERP + Salesforce
What do you like best about the product?
Commercient SYNC provides seamless, near real-time integration between our ERP and Salesforce, giving our team easy access to critical customer and order data. It’s user-friendly, reliable, and has greatly improved cross-department visibility and efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally, customizations require assistance from support instead of being done in-house. While not a major issue, having more control over sync configurations would be helpful. That said, the support team is responsive and always quick to help resolve issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Commercient SYNC seamlessly connects our ERP data with Salesforce allowing our teams visibility across departments.
Long and complicated process but they stuck with us the whole time.
What do you like best about the product?
The customer support has been pretty good. It has been over 2 years trying to get this to work in our system, and we are finally getting close to having it the way we need it. They have been very helpful, and haven't charged for additional support except for very specific out of scope things.
What do you dislike about the product?
Most of the people we have dealt with are overseas and a support ticket placed today will not be addressed until at least tomorrow. Sometimes the gap in time is frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is soon going to be allowing us to reduce data entry. We have to enter information in two and sometimes three systems. This allows is to do most of the work in the CRM, much of it automated, and then complete the work in the ERP.

Commercient has helped us easily and effectively move data between our ERP and CRM systems. Their support team is also very helpful and all of our questions are resolved in a timely manner.

Setup can be a little complex, but still went fine. Overall not much to dislike, great application.

What do you like best about the product?
It's been a great experience working with Commercient to sync our QB data with Salesforce. They are very helpful when small issues arise and they are extremely proactive with maintaining our sync accurate and error free. We've been working with Commercient for a few years now and we look forward to continue to use their services.
What do you dislike about the product?
The setup was a bit cumbersome and tedious but manageable.

Commercient syncs all of our customer & vendor data from Quickboks to Salesforce.
Good Sync Service
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, not much to do after setup. Customer service is very helpful.

Occasionally there are some errors. It doesn't take long to have them resolved.

We need to transfer data between our ERP and our CRM.

What do you like best about the product?
Great customer service. Very knowledgable in syncing Sage 300 to Salesforce.

I have not run into any issues yet with commercient.

This is helping our reps in the field have access to their accounts for better visability of what is going on.
Unique service offering with great customer service.
What do you like best about the product?
Our experience has been very positive. They've done a great job with syncing our ERP data into Zoho CRM, even when Zoho threw them a few curveballs (with changes on Zoho's end). They were able to navigate those changes without causing any issues on our end. Also, they have very efficient customer service - they pretty much held our hand throughout the entire process and always responded to emails promptly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The overall sync process can take a long time and there can be a lot of back and forth. I think this is really dependent on the customer and how much data you are syncing though. They are upfront though and state that it can take 8-10 weeks. As a customer, ensuring you have all your ducks in a row can help you stay within that timeline.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were integrating a CRM into our business, but did not want to double up on data. Our ERP has all of our customer info, but is not a properly functioning CRM. So we wanted to integrate the ERP data into a CRM so that the sales team could bette track both existing customers and new customers with the overall goal of increasing sales. Additionally, it gives the marketing team more insight into customer trends and allows for more targeted marketing.
