What do you like best about the product?
Our experience has been very positive. They've done a great job with syncing our ERP data into Zoho CRM, even when Zoho threw them a few curveballs (with changes on Zoho's end). They were able to navigate those changes without causing any issues on our end. Also, they have very efficient customer service - they pretty much held our hand throughout the entire process and always responded to emails promptly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The overall sync process can take a long time and there can be a lot of back and forth. I think this is really dependent on the customer and how much data you are syncing though. They are upfront though and state that it can take 8-10 weeks. As a customer, ensuring you have all your ducks in a row can help you stay within that timeline.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were integrating a CRM into our business, but did not want to double up on data. Our ERP has all of our customer info, but is not a properly functioning CRM. So we wanted to integrate the ERP data into a CRM so that the sales team could bette track both existing customers and new customers with the overall goal of increasing sales. Additionally, it gives the marketing team more insight into customer trends and allows for more targeted marketing.
