Great Experience
What do you like best about the product?
Commercient has been stellar on the technical side as well as the customer support side when migrating our Quickbooks data to Salesforce. I've enjoyed working with the Commercient team, they've been friendly, helpful, and communicated great. I recommend you work with Commercient!
What do you dislike about the product?
Commercient truly had no issues. Working with them was a pleasure!

Commercient is successfully syncing data from QuickBooks to Salesforce.

Syncing ERP + Salesforce = More Visibility, Cleaner Data, More Selling
What do you like best about the product?
Commercient is a "white glove" experience - the best part is that they manage the entire sync for you. Their support/engineering team is quick to respond and professional. Our Sales Team has access to more data than ever before (sales orders, shipping details, inventory/lead times, etc.) and our office staff can access almost any data from our ERP with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
We implemented our Commercient Sync in 2014. If I could go back in time, I would've made sure we took advantage of the native "parent/child relationship" functionality in Salesforce. We're lacking those relationships between some of our Sage objects and it makes managing ownership/accessibilty to records a little tricky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Commercient has allowed us to provide visibility into our ERP operations via Salesforce. Salesforce is inherently faster and easier to navigate than our cloud-based Sage 100 instance. It also allows our Sales Team to access this data on the go via the Salesforce mobile app. They would have no way to access that data otherwise!

Their customer support is top notch. If they don't get it right the first time, they will work with you to ensure your needs are met.

You must be very specific with your requests to ensure all needs are met.

Integration to and from ERP and CRM system.
Syncing Stripe with Sage 100
What do you like best about the product?
Commercient created a sync between our Stripe account and our Sage 100 ERP that turned our manual processes of daily posting invoices and cash receipts into an automated process where we review and post. Since the Sync runs automatically overnight it makes our mornings easy and pleasant. Once it is running, unless there is something we change, there is no need for customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Getting past some language barriers with the developers was the only downside we had. But even with that, they were successful. Integration was easy but it did take longer than we expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Eliminating manual process of creating customers, invoices, and cash receipts batchs.
Excellent solution for our Sage integration
What do you like best about the product?
We really love the flexibility of being able to pick as many (or as little) data fields that we need to sync over along with the ability to modify the format of the data being synced over.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not really any downsides, except the high cost of a two way sync if you need to add additional data syncing in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to sync all our raw accounting data into the CRM and from CRM we are able to push sales orders into the accounting system. The sync makes it seamless for our sales team to access data in both places. The accounting data combined with the CRM data makes a great platform for powerful analytics.

What do you like best about the product?
I think their customer service is top-notch. They respond very quickly when you have problems or questions
What do you dislike about the product?
I did not like how the helpdesk and customer portal were different platforms. I would have liked them be rolled into 1 so I didn't have multiple places to go

SYNC is enabling us to instantly cross-reference data from our ERP into our CRM. Helping us prioritize our resources better when going after new leads

What do you like best about the product?
The team at Salesforce has responded quickly with requested improvements or changes to the app made by our sales team. We've also been able to communicate with our initial implementation team which really sped up the process as they know us.
What do you dislike about the product?
There was one aspect of our accounting software that they didn't have a pre-determined way to integrate. It didn't take them long to figure it out though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides the ability to sync robust CRM and Marketing tools in addition to sales information from our accounting software to Salesforce.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to see where eveything is. Also easy to do some troubleshooting.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have it set up so that it syncs 4 times per day. I believe it can be optimized so it can capture more records per sync.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's transforming the data before it dropps the file into our other system so that the users doesn't have to do this manually.
