What do you like best about the product?
The Commercient helped us intergrate quickly and without any complication. They under stood the process without tying other tech sources.

Nothing to note everthing has been working great for the past 6 months.

What do you like best about the product?
The implementation team was accessible, committed to my clients success and resolved any issues quickly.

Honestly, I do not have anything negative to say about SYNC.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SYNC was connected to an on-prem, antiquated version of SXe. With SYNC my client was able to have the line of site it need to fully develop their sales program. With SYNC the entire sales history was migrated into the CRM, we had all purchases imported and additional details, in addition, because Commercient has such a long standing relationship with Salesforce the subscription cost includes several Salesforce Managed Custom Objects (MCOs) which included even more data to help the sales team drive revenue.

What do you like best about the product?
Seamless, efficient and reliable. Sync elliminates any room for error when sedning from our CRM to Sage. Its easy to use and makes our day to day much more effecient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not many, there can very rarely be an issue with the sync. This is always correceted when I raise a Ticket.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes the handover from Sales to accounts quick and efficint, saving us time and eliminating any human errors if we were to manually input into Sage.

It was a little tricky to set up in the beginning, but that was mostly because I was a one man team managing it all.

What do you like best about the product?
It has been a pleasure working with Commericent on the integration of our ERP and CRM systems. The success, application, and technical support teams have been extremely reliable in assisting with the integration. The Help Desk center streamlined timely support when needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
The feature I liked the least about Commercient Sync was the Customer Guided Implementation (CGI).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SYNC is solving the need for manual data entry into our CRM system by syncing new records and updating existing records on a daily basis, which saves our team valuable time.
Commercient was the best solution we found (Sage to Salesforce)

It's a very affordable way to get almost live data from Sage to Salesforce. Helps make our sales team expenentially more effective.

Had a few issues getting data in the right buckets during the sync but it was quickly remedied.

What do you like best about the product?
Have had very good experiences working with the Commercient team now for a few years. We have a couple of businesses that use differentiating workflows, and they were able to accommodate our needs on both sides. Implementation is a thorough process that takes some time, but they will do what it takes to make sure the outcome is what you envision
What do you dislike about the product?
Implementation time and sync frequency -- but have not run into many issues otherwise.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having reliable information readily available for our reps out in the field. Also, being able to push notifications based on our end-all data in the ERP so that it is accurate and from the source.

Very easy to implement. Customer support is easy to deal with.

No real downsides. Maybe slighly more communication from customer support.

Great at Connectin our ERP and CRM
What do you like best about the product?
Because of the SYNC, we don't have to double-enter our customer information into two different systems, and it helps our entire organization have clarity across the board.
It was a fairly easy process to set up the SYNC agent, Commercient did the heavy lifting configuring the sync to our CRM, and the post-implementation support has been good as well.

What do you dislike about the product?
The more often you want the two systems to sync with each other, it's going to cost you. To have a real-time sync can be pretty pricey.
If you upgrade your ERP system and need to establish the sync between the ERP and CRM, it's an extra add-on cost to do that, which I wasn't expecting.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having our ERP data at our fingertips within our CRM has been a game-changer for our sales and marketing teams. Our ERP isn't the most user-friendly, so getting that ERP data in a system that our sales team can easily navigate has helped them get more insight on their customers and see their sales data without having to wait until the end of the month or quarter to get a report out of the ERP. From a marketing standpoint, it helps me get a better view of our customer sales and product mix.
