Fantastic product and pre/post live support!
What do you like best about the product?
Very configurable and reliable. Set it and forget it! Once you map your data and set the SYNC schedule, you honestly forget about the background process. Reliable uptime and logic prevents a need to touch.
What do you dislike about the product?
Haven't come across any yet. Pricing is reasonable, value is great and they are very responsive to case for support and projects
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
2 way sync. Quotes and Orders sync to Epicor ERP. Company and contact management in both systems. Double Entry Demolition.

Excellent Tool!
What do you like best about the product?
Working with a great team, like with Julian. The tool itself is pretty straightforward. This helps us work with the system to accommodate any needs we may have.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since the system is a little straightforward and from our case with our accounting system, we have to make sure data integrity is solid. If the system could be a little better with giving that confidence it would be above and beyond.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps reduce double entry (even triple at times). Also having both systems talk help make the process flow easier and better.
Great ERP sync
What do you like best about the product?
The Sync lets us grab the critical data from our old ERP and move it to a CRM system ( Salesforce). Without facing the challenges of updating/migrating our ERP
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, all problems have been on our end.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Redundant communication, having to update more than one system, sync debug and maintenance, ability to work around an older ERP system, sharing internal data
Integrating Salesforce and NAV
What do you like best about the product?
Purchased the integration for our company with multiple sites over the globe. The integration worked well and allowed geographically distant members of staff access to information without having to access the ERP or to take the time of administration staff by requesting reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
The contract could have been clearer to me, however that is down to me and not commercient. Sometimes the reports can be tricky to create, especially when they are complicated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce does not "Sync" with Ms Dynamics, with a sales team all over the globe we need a solution to integrate sales and customer data with salesforce. Sync does this for us well.

What do you like best about the product?
The team they put on the task is super skilled in their field and provides an amazing smooth service. Also, it is very customisable solution and the team can actually mould the solution as per your needs
What do you dislike about the product?
It took little longer than expected for the team to implement the solution. But, since i am really sastisfied with the final version, i have no complaints at all

It has actually developed lot of formulas and database which makes the enture process of invoicing very easier
Easy integration tool for ERPs and CRMs
What do you like best about the product?
Commercient's team handles the technical side of integration and give you a lot of control on what information syncs and when it passes information back and forth between systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've worked with Commercient twice and both times their project timeline estimates have ran behind schedule. Their team works in specific areas of their sync, they could do a better job of being efficient with timeline.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're getting near-real time inventory updates in our CRM for our sales team to quote on and we're decreasing the amount of copy/manual entry our fulfillment specialists need to do between the CRM and ERP.
