Great System - Could use improvements
What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to organize all of our digital assets. Intuitive UI.
What do you dislike about the product?
Feels like not many new features have been rolled out. No API without upgrading to Enterprise.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing digital assets
Air est la meilleure solution de stockage d'actifs pour les équipes créatives dans l'industrie.
What do you like best about the product?
By far the most user-friendly and best customer service.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the iPhone app was operational again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ensuring that assets are accessible to clients and team members regardless of their location.
Great Asset Management System
What do you like best about the product?
For me, the default to recently uploaded assets is most useful. I am responsible for social content, but I am not our lead asset designer. So it's nice that when I open Air I can immediately see all the brand new assets that have been created for all of the teams and can easily pull those into my projects. It saves me from having to create my own assets using other platforms or from having to ask our team to create new ones.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue we have is with organization of assets. Our Air is pretty disorganized because we create so many assets for so many different teams. But I really think this is an issue within our internal team, not Air.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Air as a central asset management system. A place where the entire company can access all assets created at any time.
Recently moved to Air
What do you like best about the product?
The search function and AI generated tags are a great help when sourcing assets. It has a great interface and seamless user experience, and is great for sharing assets.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't batch rename assets. We are importing a large amount of our visual assets, and each one has to be renamed individually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creators can direct upload via a link. Searching for and sharing assets is easier than ever.
Air is revolutioning the audiovisual workflow for me
What do you like best about the product?
The best of both worlds.
It has file-sharing capabilities like Google Drive, LOOM, Dropbox, and others, but it also includes sections for creators, strategists, and editors/designers to give and receive feedback, comments, and edits—using the same tools that Frame.io offers.
10/10. I highly recommend you give it a try.

What do you dislike about the product?
Meanwhile no down sides. The plataform run smoothly and all the tools that we use work just perfectly.
They even have the dark theme that is my constant dislike about other plataforms that I use for others porpuses.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Air has made our creative workflow so much easier.
Before, we were juggling between different tools—one for sharing files, another for feedback, and others just to stay organized. It got messy and slowed us down.
With Air, everything’s in one place. We can store, share, comment, and keep track of versions without jumping between platforms. It’s helped our team stay on the same page, work faster, and spend more time creating instead of managing files.

Really User Friendly Experience
What do you like best about the product?
Its super intuitive and user friendly. Even if you haven't used it prior, it will be an easy acclimation process.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I don't love is that libraries cannot live as their own ecosystems. They have to share fields between all of them, but it would be useful to have them separate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its a great way to store images and videos, as well as getting feedback from external stakeholders.
My file storage since day one
What do you like best about the product?
Easiest to navigate among the rest, Air doesn't need tutorial on how to use. VERY EASY TO USE.
What do you dislike about the product?
Subscriptions/plans need to be more flexible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of access on my files and my team files.
Very Convenient
What do you like best about the product?
It allows me to share a link so persons can upload content.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it has file download issues but regardless is a great software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am not required to store the content to my device. I can add, view and upload all content to Air.
Transformative Organizational Tool with Intuitive Search

The customization of access levels is highly appreciated, making collaboration seamless. The smooth integration with Slack and Gmail enhances workflow efficiency. Air's organizational capabilities for creative content are outstanding, simplifying how I manage and access assets.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes wish that moving content from board to board was a little bit more intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Air efficiently organizes our creative content, improving ease of access for clients and enhancing internal productivity with intuitive search and customizable access levels.
Air Inc vs Drive
What do you like best about the product?
Air Inc is a powerhouse for creative file management — and here’s why:
✅ Ease of Use:
The interface is clean, modern, and incredibly intuitive. From day one, my team had no issues uploading, reviewing, or organizing content. Unlike Google Drive, there's no mess of folders to dig through. Everything is visual, searchable, and fast. It's actually enjoyable to use — which makes a big difference when you're managing hundreds of assets.
✅ Number of Features:
Air was clearly built with creative teams in mind. Some of the features that make a huge difference:
Instant video playback (no more downloading just to preview)
In-line commenting with time-stamped feedback
Custom labels, filters, and boards that mimic a Trello-style workspace
Version control so you can easily track content iterations
Drag-and-drop uploads and bulk tagging that save hours every week
✅ Frequency of Use:
We use it daily — for reviewing ads, organizing UGC, managing raw footage, and even coordinating feedback between editors and strategists. It's become the central hub of our creative process.
✅ Ease of Implementation:
Set-up was surprisingly fast. Migrating over from Drive took less than a day. Air's UI makes onboarding seamless — no training needed, just plug and play.
✅ Customer Support:
(If you've had experience here, insert a line — e.g. “Their support team is responsive and actually understands creative workflows,” or delete this if you haven’t interacted with support.)

What do you dislike about the product?
The one drawback?
It’s missing a strong AI file management feature. Smart tagging, auto-organization, or even AI-powered search would take this platform to the next level.
Still, even without that, it’s been a massive upgrade for our team.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Air is solving one of the biggest bottlenecks in creative marketing: inefficient content review and asset management.
Before Air, our team was buried in Google Drive links, downloading videos just to preview them, manually organizing raw content, and juggling feedback across email and Slack. It slowed everything down.
Now with Air, we can:
Instantly preview and comment on videos
Organize assets visually with custom boards and tags
Keep feedback, versions, and final assets all in one place
It’s helped us speed up our entire production workflow, reduce errors, and scale creative output without scaling chaos.
