Air for Media Storage at a Nonprofit

  • August 04, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
We started using Air to manage all our photos and videos, and it’s made a huge difference. As a nonprofit, we’re constantly juggling content from events, campaigns, and partner materials—and Air has helped us keep everything organized and easy to find.

The interface is super visual and intuitive, which makes searching for assets way easier than digging through traditional folders. We love being able to tag content by event or theme, leave comments, and share boards with teammates or external partners without having to download and re-upload files.

It’s definitely saved us time and helped our small team stay efficient and collaborative. Highly recommend for any nonprofit dealing with a lot of media and not a lot of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that’s not always perfect is the AI tagging. It does a decent job most of the time, but every now and then it totally misses the mark.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Air helps us keep all our photos and videos organized, easy to find, and shareable—saving our team time and streamlining collaboration.

Streamlined Media Management with Stellar Feedback Integration

  • August 04, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I find Air to be an excellent platform for storing high-quality media, which is crucial for client viewing at any moment. Its real-time feedback feature is extremely beneficial for precise content creation. The organization tools, including the ability to separate videos by assets, numbers, and status, significantly improve the process of drafting media. The inclusion of subboards for cataloging content monthly is particularly advantageous, and the powerful search tools make navigating hundreds of media clips much easier. The seamless integration with Notion and Slack enhances collaboration by allowing for easy sharing and management of assets. Consistent updates and the introduction of AI and search enhancements make managing and taking ownership of content a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
I initially faced challenges understanding all the opportunities available and managing the tools due to the various ways content could be viewed and shared. It was difficult to organize content for clients and myself efficiently at first. Additionally, I see a need for more direct integration with platforms like Notion and Slack, tailored specifically for creative or technical fields.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Air enhances media storage with high quality, allows real-time feedback at specific timestamps, improves workflow through efficient media management, and streamlines client feedback. It integrates with Notion and Slack, facilitating seamless media sharing and collaboration, and ensures effective organization and search capabilities.

It makes organizing and sharing creative assets incredibly easy. The interface is clean, modern and intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Large files can lag at times. Folder permissions can be rigid making nuanced access tricky to manage.

Love the consistency in feature rollouts and updates!

What do you like best about the product?
I'm in the platform daily as the DAM administrator at my company. I really like that I can select specific folders and assets to sync locally to my Mac. And being able to create sub boards and reorganize files in the native Mac Finder window is an enormous time-saver for me. Their customer support has been excellent the couple of times I've needed it. They've been great at listening to my issues and actually understanding my use-case or imperative, and then communicating updates with incredible consistency. I also like that I can integrate it with some of my creative toolsets as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it showed the boards an asset was included in by default when you're viewing the asset in a general search. This would be another time-saver.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
File sharing for creative assets and working files that are always in sync to avoid duplication and errors. The ability to create version stacks with feedback and annotations to share with stakeholders.

Air is a lifesaver!

  • August 04, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Air makes managing creative resources so much easier. Instead of digging through messy cloud drives or chasing down files over email, everything lives in one clean, visual workspace. You can upload, tag, comment, and share assets in real time, which keeps everyone on the same page and speeds things up. It’s super intuitive to use, and the search tools actually work—so you’re not wasting time hunting for that one version of a logo. Plus, with features like version control, custom permissions, and integrations with Slack and Adobe, your whole creative process becomes way smoother and more collaborative.
What do you dislike about the product?
Air is super useful, but it’s not perfect. If you're used to traditional folders and file systems, switching to Air’s more visual, tag-based setup can take some getting used to. It’s great for creative teams, but if you're dealing with a lot of non-visual or super technical files, it might feel a bit limiting. Also, while it’s great for organizing and collaborating, it doesn’t totally replace full-on project management tools—especially for bigger teams with more complex workflows. And since it's cloud-based, a slow internet connection can definitely slow you down. Plus, if you're working with a ton of large files, storage costs can start to creep up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a graphic designer at ecoATM, Air has been a game changer for managing our creative assets. Before, we were juggling scattered folders, endless email threads, and trying to track down the latest version of a file—which slowed everything down. Now with Air, everything is in one place, organized visually, and easy to search. I can quickly find past campaign assets, collaborate with team members by leaving comments directly on files, and stay on top of version history without second-guessing if I’m using the right file. It’s made our creative process faster, more collaborative, and way less chaotic—giving me more time to actually focus on design work instead of file wrangling.
