Helps keep our digital assets organized
What do you like best about the product?
Straightforward and intuitive UI that helps keep our digital asset database organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like to be able to use a desktop app or desktop integration.

What do you like best about the product?
It couldn't be more user-friendly and is the best solution to organizing and managing assets.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing would be that when some videos upload to Air, they appear with a different washed out coloring than the video actually is which can be misleading

Asset management

What do you like best about the product?
It is SO nice to finally have an option where users can see versions of an asset and physically comment on them! Saves so much time and space. The UX design is amazing! All my love to Kanban view.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it would also be pretty neat to have a side-by-side comparison of assets. Not sure necessary, but when everything else is so perfect, why not have a little more?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Duplicates of multiple assets, helping us so much with organization!
Exceeded ALL expectations
What do you like best about the product?
Air has been a God send! We are a small business, but most of us work remotely. There is a lot of back and forth between our graphic artists, management, licensing and sales team and this finally helped us keep a paper trail of sorts all in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't really think of anything at the moment. It has been super easy to use and a wonderful tool to help all of us stay organized.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This helps our entire team communicate and keeps us organized. It also allows people to work on "their" schedule and leave notes for everyone to follow up on. So much easier than dropbox or searching through endless files on computer or in emails.
Air is Amazing!
What do you like best about the product?
We used to use Brandfolder - Air is better looking, easier to search and find things, easier to train employees on, and has a much more intuitive design. I also love the ability to create custom passwords for asset sharing!
What do you dislike about the product?
The canva integration is something I was really looking forward to but it has a lot of glitches - it would be great if it didn't require the asset to be uploaded to canva so that the assets stay organized in both canva and Air. Also, it's not clear to me if I can create custom asset pages to share with partners and that is a feature that is necessary for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asset organization, tagging, and housing. We have A TON of assets so it's really important that they are easy to find and can be easily sent to different employees for different purposes. Content collection is also huge and Air makes that a breeze.
The best way to manage creative
What do you like best about the product?
It is a great place to organize all creative into different boards and sub-boards. This makes it super easy to find everything. I also love other features like being able to stack different versions together for organization and creating custom tags for images. This makes searching for creatives super quick and efficient. It's also an excellent tool for creative review and feedback since you can leave comments on an image.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would love if there was custom tagging set up so when you add things into a folder it automatically tags them based on set tags.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing all of my digital assets and making them easily searchable.
Great for the price!
What do you like best about the product?
Fairly easy to use and organize. I love the use of the boards. Easy to download and export different sizes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a landing page that we could share out to partners and outside vendors. I also wish there was an easier way to make changes to assets within air. Tagging things is a little bit of a pain. I also wish there was an easier way to add copy to an asset.

Keeping all files in one place and fairly organized.
AIR for client
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use right from the start. We were able to transfer our dropbox files that were semi-organized into AIR with just a push of a button! Very easy, which is what we were looking for.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are still a few bugs when leaving comments on projects for clients. But the support team is pretty quick with their responses, so that helps makes things easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using AIR as a client facing project management tool, where clients can review, make suggested changes and approve projects. The client likes to go back and review existing projects, so this does it all!
Streamlined Collaboration with an Intuitive Interface
What do you like best about the product?
I am a social media manager and I use Air in so many ways. It's great to have a shared space and database for the entire creative team. I can easily upload UGC content and mark usage details so other teams may seamlessly access it. I love the interface and how easy it is to find what I need. I don't have to waste time searching around and the search functionality works great when I want to find photos with a specific product or subject. Setting up Air was very easy!
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish that you could add a specific usage expiration date rather than having to manually note it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Air to easily upload and manage UGC content, making it accessible for my team. The user-friendly interface and search functionality save me time, helping me find content quickly.
Air is a game changer.
What do you like best about the product?
Air has been so helpful for our team. We can organize assets in a flow that works for us, making images more straightforward to find than other platforms we've used in the past. Air is really accessible and user-friendly, and it was nice to have an Air representative walk us through setup. Air has saved us so much time.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to have more AI functionality that exists in other platforms to track down harder-to-find assets in our catalog.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before using Air, our team used several other platforms for digital asset management. With Air, we only need one platform. We are working more efficiently and saving time by having a well organized digital asset catalog.
