Great program!
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, very helpful as a centralized place to organize assets, easy to share links for others to download

No desktop app, no ability to link documents to their linked files

We LOVE Air for our small marketing agency
What do you like best about the product?
We searched long and hard for a digital asset management system that perfectly aligned with our agency's requirements, and we were thrilled to discover Air. The interface is incredibly intuitive, making navigation a breeze. It boasts a sleek and enjoyable design, which not only saves us significant time but also reduces costs. By using Air, we have successfully streamlined our client processes, and our clients themselves are equally impressed with its user-friendly nature.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are very few downsides to Air. Being a new company, we have thoroughly appreciated the monthly updates and continuous introduction of new features aimed at enhancing their interface.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team can share and discuss all the images and videos with internal and external members.
Air changed the way we manage our assets!
What do you like best about the product?
Air's affordability is unbeatable, and it offered us the right solution at the right time - we have thousands of marketing photos, videos, and assets that need to be collected and organized every year, so Air offered us the opportunity to do that in a clean, streamlined, and safe way. It's changed the way we manage our assets and, therefore, our growth as a marketing team!
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing I dislike about Air at this point - our team has been using it for a number of months and we find the organizational tools and collection process simple. The only thing to be aware of is that I think the platform works best when you have a naming convention and your own organizational "rules" that you set up - otherwise you could quickly make a mess of things, as is easy to do in other platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed somewhere to collect, store, and share photo and video assets. We also needed those assets to be easily searchable, organized, and connected to key data in order to select which assets to use in marketing materials. Air does all that!
Affordable and Easy to use for small business
What do you like best about the product?
Air is intuitive, easy to use and makes it easy to share and collect content from our hotel entities and clients. And it's affordable. Easy value proposition when you look at what other DAM's cost.
What do you dislike about the product?
What's not to like? So far, so good. No dislikes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Provides an easy, visual library for all of our image/digital assets in one easy place to view, share and use. AND, depending on the size of the content, it integrates with CANVA saving us time when designing content.
Great content organization tool
What do you like best about the product?
Very intuitive and improves our team efficiency by allowing collaboration within the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Image merge for different version is not clear to us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Air is helping us stay organized, and allows us for an easy access to all of our assets. Thanks to this, we are more productive and efficient. Our business performance increased.
Must have for anyone managing a lot of content
What do you like best about the product?
Same files can be used and organized in many ways. easy to access and efficient in weight
What do you dislike about the product?
Not happy with the pricing. it is unclear, if you'll add another user now it wont charge you but you'll be surprised with huge charges at the new billing cycle

efficient in storage, organize the files easy, accessing the assets in an easy way.
Great first time experience!
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to add and manage assets to the Air platform and especially their customer support team. I remember that I ran into an issue and was quickly responded back to by a customer support specialist within 5 minutes!
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything in particular that I dislike about Air.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Air solves the messiness of having so many Google Drives and folders where it's easily accessible and even detailed enough for me to find an asset right away!
User friendly + great for sharing and collecting content
What do you like best about the product?
Love the gallery like view and storage space. Handles file uploads pretty well and great for collecting content from freelancers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do miss the workflow with Dropbox on desktop so I could quickly export files straight to the shared folder without taking up computer storage space from the app. BUT not enough to go back :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I really love the "collect content" as a feature for external freelancers, and how big the thumbnails are and being able to add to multiple boards. We don't use them actively, but the tagging options, etc are great.
Streamlined Asset Management with Air
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can organize subboards within boards, and I can tag images with certain keywords, making it easier to search for them. The varying export settings are great, allowing me to download either a full-size image or a scaled-down image with a lower file size for different applications. The organizational structure saves me time by reducing the amount of time I need to search for something or optimize an image in another program.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Air provides a centralized spot for all our assets, which can be accessed org-wide. It makes searching and organizing easy, saving us a lot of time. I can tag images for easy search and use various export settings, reducing time optimizing images in other programs.
Air is a life changer for any job involving photos/videos management.

I like the search function, it makes it very easy to find any content based on keywords (as long as the naming and tagging are well done)

The fact that you can't tag multiple photos as a batch

Finding the right assets for presentations, videos and social posts.
