Quick Uploads, Intuitive Searching and Organization Options
What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate about Air the most is the tagging and custom sorting you can apply to all your content. When multiple people and departments are trying to source content, it vastly improves everyones experience if they can log in and search a keyword to find what they need. I also appreciate their UI, which helps keep things neat and very user-friendly. They have also introduces Slack integration which has been a huge help notifying different teams when assets are ready for use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can take a little while to load boards if they are full of assets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Air allows our business to share company assets with multiple departments simultaneously and easily. Their organizational system creates an inviting environment for new and experienced users.
Great platform for collaboration - continually working to create user experience.
What do you like best about the product?
The support team at Air is fantastic, very responsive and always available. I love creating curated boards of assets - excellent project management for our creative/marketing team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently, the only way to recognize duplicate assets is board based so with multiple users in a workspace it can be challenging for one to manage uploads at times. Also the inability to lock a board to be private or view only is not yet a feature, but hopefully soon!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Air is allowing our organization to collaborate with remote employees and agencies while also being able to share assets with partners and clients.
The Best DAM system ever!
What do you like best about the product?
One of the challenges small businesses face is that we have to have a quality system that costs money vs settling for one we can afford and Air is priced well and performs like a system 10x its price. Their customer service is also amazing!
What do you dislike about the product?
I love everything about Air. I have not run into any major issues since cost seems to be our biggest concern as a business and organizing our images for our team to be able to access is a high priority.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us not to lose imagery and to find imagery more easily. We also can use it as a portal for our press, our business partners and retail store locations.
It's About DAM Time!
What do you like best about the product?
If your small organization has been struggling to organize your assets-YOU NEED SOME AIR! Air lets you customize your image tags, making them a perfect fit for your organization and easy to find. Air has made it much easier for our small team to ingest User Generate Content and share/update our in-house content with outside groups. We sat through so many DAM presentations with companies that explained there was nothing on the market for our budget-the WE GOT SOME AIR and our image users and budget is so happy we did.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like an image comparison feature; there is not one...yet!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Air has provided our entire team access to our company's vidual assets. Before Air, we relied heavily on tribal knowledge to recall past photo shoots-and even then; we couldn't always find the images! With Air, a new person can log in and find images without worry that something fell through the crack.
The tool we needed all all along for content management
What do you like best about the product?
As a social media agency, Air was our solution to a visual-friendly software to organize, store and share content for approval with clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app could use some work, but the website and desktop app are amazing

We needed to store tens of thousands of luxury home photos and videos that we wanted to organize in a visual way that anyone in our agency can understand and use

What do you like best about the product?
Love how flexible and organized the platform is. The ability to leave comments, rate content, create tags, etc is so useful! It's a game changer for my company - we really needed a modern, user-friendly way to organize all our graphics, content, etc. Great customer service too!
What do you dislike about the product?
That there's no trash bin. If a file gets deleted, it would be great to have it stored temporarily for 30 days. I also find it expensive, and would love to have a feature where we can add people to the team but with different settings so that they can't see every board. (Having private boards on our account would be helpful)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Air keeps my content organized, which as a community-based modern pet wellness brand, is essential. We get SO much content and when bringing in other creative team members, I need an easy way for them to sift through our content and find what they're looking for efficiently.
Great product for photographers!
What do you like best about the product?
Air makes it super easy to organize images, add photos to multiple boards, send files to clients, and collect files from people without Air accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Air can run a bit slow sometimes. I also wish people without Air accounts could see what they've uploaded. Other than that, no complaints!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Air makes it easier to choose photo selects and keep files organized all in one place with the content collection tool. Saves me a lot of time and makes my job easier.

Easy to use and reliable. It enables us to store multiple file versions and share web components/assets seamlessly within the team.

Hard to think of any, it gets the job done for me and my team.

An amazing tool for organizing creative assets!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how customizable everything is. You can easily add custom tags, fields, boards within boards, color-coding, and anything you need to make the tool work for your needs. I also love how easy it is to quickly share assets with internal or external stakeholders -- one click and you have a link that is externally-friendly and doesn't require a contractor to have an account.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some bugs from time to time that can make Air run slowly or glitch.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to save all of our creative assets in Microsoft Sharepoint, which was extremely difficult to navigate. With Air, we can quickly and easily scan all of our visual assets to find exactly what we're looking for.

What do you like best about the product?
The seamless interface of having project assets and the tools available in one location.
What do you dislike about the product?
The notifications feature seems to be delayed. For example, when my team and I are annotating and tagging one another, we don't get the notification in real time it takes couple of hours.
Also, not a fan of the bottom, call to action to sign up for new users as it distracts from the purpose of being clean and minimal
