Robust application and helpful information!
What do you like best about the product?
I thought the AccessAssistant plug-in differentiate AMP and LevelAccess from any accessibility tools/partners I have worked with in the past. It's been a simple and easily learned tool by my on-shore and off-shore development teams. This was a pleasant surprise for me as a Project manager of a team working remote! To be more specific about the the plug-in, I love the highlight feature that shows on the web page when you run an additional test! Really helpful for my QA team when opening tickets for my dev team to look at!
What do you dislike about the product?
This may be to my own fault however I wish there was an easy way to integrate with JIRA. This is specific and more of a custom request but would be nice! This may exist I just may not understand the process to integrate :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LevelAccess has certainly given my team the autonomy to learn as much or as little as we want as it pertains to accessibility. There's a large amount of information given when the site was audited in each individual violation. This gave my team a plethora of information along with best practices that we've been able to carry into each new enhancement to our site.
Easy to use and navigate through
What do you like best about the product?

What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I particularly dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are testing our company pages in terms of Accessibility and solving the problems encountered and reported by the tool.
AMP Platform & Level Access Team
What do you like best about the product?
The AMP platform is relatively easy to navigate and you can set up custom organizations and assets to allow your individual teams to run accessibility audits. The Level Access training sessions are excellent and the platform allows you to easily run tests across all of your web applications. The report clearly lists the issues and breaks them down by severity and occurrence and shows you how to remediate them. The Level Access team is great to work with and they are very passionate about what they do.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the AMP platform does have JIRA integration, currently for a developer to add the "Bug Tracking Issues" to their report view you have to be an Org Admin. Since we work with a lot of outside vendors we won't want to be giving Org Admin access privileges to everyone. This appears to be on the AMP roadmap but no timing has been shared yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are working to bring all of our web application up to compliance with the latest WCAG standards and guidelines. It's very important that our sites are compliant since we are a mobility company. We have started to see good progress and results in our engagement with Level Access so far.

Level Access AMP is a practical, intuitive platform for accessibility testing across multiple web browser applications. The dashboard gives a good overview of a prioritized list of issues and possible resolutions. The option to export the reports to Excel comes particularly handy.

What do you like best about the product?
Having used similar purpose accessibility monitoring platforms in the past, AMP has the easiest to use and to understand user interface. This is especially important when you have to train your colleagues in using AMP. Another great feature AMP offers is their training platform, Access University. The Level Access team we worked with was extremely helpful. They were there to assist every step of the way making the process of setting up AMP a great experience.

Level Access AMP tool review with CW
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and access to vital information needed to understand how to remedy violations but also its ability to transfer knowledge easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
The score is not dynamic by design but if we can provide which violations were fixed it can help calculate the new score and provide a guideline for what if and prioritization. However, AMP report does breakdown the violations by severity and pattern which is very helpful in prioritizing but the score tends to be what is focused on..
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
finding and fixing ADA violations against WCAG 2.0 standard and tracking them whether this testing is automated, manual or uses case to understand and learn how to improve our processes and expertise independently.
