The client relationship team is also very responsive and engaged to help us guide us through the evaluation process.
The platform's GUI in itself is an example of what a GUI should strive for when aiming for ADA compliance.

What do you dislike about the product?
Not quite a dislike but more a suggestion to improve the GUI user experience. When moving the mouse cursor over some of the content, the cursor changes to indicate the object can be interacted with (e.g. hyperlink, tooltip). However, nothing happens and when inspecting the object there is no hyperlink or other action to be expected from what I can see.

Very detailed and reliable
What do you like best about the product?
Level Access is one of the few companies that have people assist with the accessibility testing. The reports we receive from the testers are thorough and they catch things that the automated systems do not catch. Their reports are written in such a way that it doesn't take a developer to understand the issue.
The information they provide on the nature of each issue and how to fix each issue is amazing. The testers seem to truly care that the site is accessible and want to help. Knowing that a problem truly exists and its severity allows me to prioritize fixes with our development team. The testers also typically provide several ways to fix each issue, so that our development team can choose the best remediation method for us.

What do you dislike about the product?
In addition to having people test, there are automated scans and monitoring that can be utilized. I use these automated scans as a barometer rather than focusing on individual issues. We get a number of false positives with the automated scans and since I am not a developer, it is difficult for me to understand if an issue found in an automated scan actually exists.
