full-featured automation tools with advanced AI/ML capabilities
What do you like best about the product?
IBM has brought to us the best technologies in the automation market and inserted them into one single cloud with comprehensive feature-rich tools, We're using this Business Automation cloud from IBM as the leading digital transformation tool and the head of our next-generation digital workforce team, which is currently leading over 25 of digital transformations for some of the largest names in Egypt, and the Middle East, We had a long journey of failure to find the perfect end-to-end RPA solution, finally after this long journey and after the release of IBM RPA (Formerly WDG Automation), and IBM Process Mining (Formerly MyInvenio), which I already had my hands-on them for a previous client, but moving to my current employer has showed me the transformation of IBM transforming them into powerful comprehensive tools with incredible AI/ML capabilities in detecting automation opportunities and for the seamless integration with the rest of IBM Cloud for Business Automation, Their RPA and Process Mining are the greatest combination with end-to-end capabilities and advanced AI/ML technologies to implement intelligence into all departments seamlessly making sure the operation workflow is streamlines, ensuring the safety of our business operations by automatically detecting, continually monitoring, and constantly improving them by identifying the top workflow candidates for automation, estimating our ROI, and displaying the impact of automation efforts on the whole process prior to implementation.
What do you dislike about the product?
They need to give more attention to the debugging mode for debugging scripts to get over the really simple issues and to handle errors that are still unknown to juniors and hardly show up in search, but they are simple and intelligent debuggers could handle that. The main issues are in performance when dealing with large volumes of data in a heavy operation, various bugs show up and we're not capable of reporting them sometimes, but we do when we're able and I hope they take an action regarding them soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The powers of automation and process/task mining are a life savior to every industry and enterprise with an incredible amount of benefits to getting after implementing a true good software like IBM Cloud Pak for Business Automation, Imagine hiring a team of mistake/risk-free employees (Robots), who are very experts in whatever you want them to do, They learn from the first time and they make sure to work the exact way you teach them without putting their touch, They don't care about how boring the task is, or how complex or hard it could be, they work 24/7 without getting tired or getting paid overtime, they don't get tired and their performance is almost the same as long as there are no bugs/errors, they don't need breaks or holidays and most importantly they take the salary of only one or two of them, while you could hire hundreds of them and bring their friends too with no HR procedures or interviews, they work from the cloud and no need to add slots for them in the office. seems impossible right? but this is what you get using robotic process automation and especially IBM Cloud Pak for Business Automation to make sure every tool and capability is there in the most advanced way, the entire cloud is combining a set of tools to fulfill my career needs as an enterprise solution engineer with long previous experience of suffering with different poor tools, Today RPAs are getting smarter and better day by day and IBM knows how important they are and that's why they're putting all their power to bring a masterpiece cloud like this one

What do you like best about the product?
What was most helpful for me utilizing IBM CLoud Pak for Business Automation was the ease in which the tool allowed me to integrate software components in an efficient manner.

The built-in in workflows could be expanded and provide more options.

More training/coaching opportunities.

Definately worth checking into and doing your due diligence to see if this product is the right fit for your organization.
Very good business analyctics solution that is well structured
What do you like best about the product?
I like this tool more than anything because the user interface is excellent and feels very comfortable, I liked the creation of containers and data virtualization, it is also excellent that it provides functions in particular data-centric packages that make work life easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
The functions are very good but we always have problems with the backup and sometimes it crashes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is used to provide services such as databases and improve performance and everything in the cloud, and privacy and offers very effective analytical services.

If you need a secure and reliable data cloud, this is the solution for you.
Great solution for data analysis and improve performance
What do you like best about the product?
I like this AI tool because it helps with data normalization, it's seamless, and I like how comfortable it feels to use the products that IBM offers, they're always great.
What do you dislike about the product?
The features are good, but I feel like it still needs improvement in some aspects, like having a good overview, proving the UI which I see is old and adding more documentation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a very good tool that is helping, for example, to improve the performance of SAP and provide very good database services, we can analyze efficiently and everything flows very well.

It is a very good and reliable product, I recommend it.
Agility with IBM Cloud Pak
What do you like best about the product?
IBM Cloud Pak really helps us to reduce the effort to connect applications and helps us in managing the Financial planning and analysis and this really makes our life much earlier than it was before.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that I think is a downside of IBM Cloud Pak is that there is a very small community out there online. So, it feel sometimes harder to find out the solution to my problem.

I have a great experience with IBM Cloud Pak it really helps us to reduce the effort to connect applications and helps us in managing the Financial planning and analysis and this really makes our life much earlier than it was before.
IBM Cloud Park - AI Powered Automation
What do you like best about the product?
With the help of IBM Cloud park we were able to perform a huge number of manual tasks via automation. It's not only an automation tool to mimic the human action it's actually an Intelligent Document processing solution where AI is used to perform logical things.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are certain limitations multiple users can't login to the machine at a time and while running the process the other activities should be in hold state but this quite impossible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Post IBM Cloud park deployment we can clearly see the impact that this product has made. Especially unlike other RPA tools it is AI Powered tool with the help of this will be able to do the decision flow with more accuracy. It helped to reduce our manual effort tremendously.

Since it became the core of our operation and generated a revenue stream for our digital transformation services, We fell in love with comprehensiveness and the capabilities of every tool in this cloud, It enables applications in critical places where automation delivers exceptional benefits in content, process, choices and capture, And we're able to use any of these capabilities as an entry point to mix and combine the functionalities as needed while relying on the AI-powered advanced technologies of IBM to get the hard work done with no mistakes and outstanding results.
What do you dislike about the product?
The implementation configuration is too complex for new users even to the people with previous experience in automation with other tools, and the pricing is an issue somehow for the most of our clients and they always complain about it in the beginning until they see the results, but a little bit of reduction would be great for all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've achieved a lot of success after switching to IBM Cloud Pak for Business Automation, It's like hiring a super digital employee with deep expertise in the entire automation and process management with full of advanced artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies to fulfil our clients needs seamlessly and to be a part of Egypt's digital transformation campaign (Egypt Digital), turning government and public sectors into fully automated operation with AI processing and cognitive technologies to get rid of all the paper work.
