What do you like best about the product?
SaaS cost savings via expert negotiation The standout value is guaranteed savings on SaaS contracts. Vertice's in-house buyers negotiate on our behalf so we are not negotiating blind against vendors who know the market better than we do.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have had no negative outcomes through our engagement with Vertice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vertice are able to take away the back and forth with vendors so saving time, particularly on complex licensing engagements.

What do you like best about the product?
Vertice takes the heavy lifting out of contract negotiations by leveraging expert negotiators and benchmarking data, allowing our team to stay focused on higher-value work. It also centralizes all our contracts in one place, making them easy to find and access when needed. On top of that, the platform proactively tracks renewals, so we don’t miss deadlines or risk unwanted auto-renewals and late cancellations.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s hard to point to any major drawbacks; overall, the platform and the current team working on our account have delivered exactly what we were looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vertice addresses the time-consuming, fragmented nature of vendor and contract management—especially the constant back-and-forth during negotiations, the effort of tracking renewals, and the challenge of keeping everything organized when it’s spread across multiple tools or spreadsheets.

What do you like best about the product?
Representatives at Vertice goes above and beyond in helping out to better lay out contracts and also educate us on improvements we can make to our process.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of meetings but they are focused and a lot of value is generated from them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vertice is helping us hold ourselves to the commitments we make for contracts and also to leverage huge savings that in the past we let just pass us by. It is amazing to see how much is saved in each contract and it is easy to view in their dashboard.

What do you like best about the product?
Their interface works seamlessly to organize contract milestones and kickoff workflows. Then as a service, the team is highly organized and super easy to work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times the UI can feel a little clunky but it's a very minor complaint.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They help us stay organized and proactive with renewals to ensure we're in constant contact with our vendor partners and getting the best value for our spend. Same with new spend. Additionally the insights they provide are invaluable.

What do you like best about the product?
Partnering with Vertice has been a game-changer for our finance, legal, and procurement operations. As we manage a complex SaaS stack, Vertice has acted as a true extension of our team rather than just an external vendor. Their ability to handle the heavy lifting of contract negotiations—particularly for our spend over $15K—has freed up significant bandwidth for our internal team to focus on higher-level strategic initiatives. The insights they provide on pricing benchmarks are data-backed and incredibly persuasive, ensuring we are not just saving money, but signing fair, sustainable agreements.
What do you dislike about the product?
The partnership is excellent, though it is worth noting that Vertice is highly focused on driving adoption of their internal platform. While the platform itself is robust, my preference as a Legal lead is to manage our relationship through our dedicated account rep via email and direct collaboration. I occasionally find the push toward the platform interface to be an extra step in a process where a quick email conversation is more efficient for my team's specific workflow. Its more about me not wanting to invest in an external tool, not a negative towards Vertice or their platform. We are working together with the Vertice Team to integrate Vertice with our FInance tool, Airbase. Once that is complete, the process will be seamless.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vertice has significantly streamlined our SaaS procurement lifecycle. Before working with them, managing renewals and new SaaS contracts was a time-consuming administrative burden. Vertice’s platform and their negotiation expertise have not only lowered our overall software spend, but they have also drastically reduced the time-to-signature for our contracts. Their team is communicative, proactive, and deeply knowledgeable about vendor leverage points. They have quickly become an essential partner in managing our IT spend with transparency and efficiency.

What do you like best about the product?
The team at Vertice has been responsive, professional, and supportive as we work to manage our SaaS contracts. Their online portal and visual dashboard make it easy to track contract savings and see what’s coming up, which has helped us save a lot during contract renewals, showing our total savings across the portfolio and by contract.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not had an experience that was not positive while interacting with the Vertice Team or the contract portal. It has been very positive and beneficial, a true benefit to my role.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When we are reviewing solutions, Vertice has been exceptional at reviewing alternative solutions, gathering average contract cost, and customer sentiment. This expedites our business case process, and allows us to leverage their database and experience to help us make the best decision for our business, helping our business perform at the highest level.

What do you like best about the product?
The insights and support I receive from David and Hannah. I also like the platform visibility of deals coming up

I think it would be great if the platform allowed users to customise their views more, so they can tailor what they see and how it’s displayed to better suit their preferences.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I’d like better visibility into upcoming deals, clearer pricing and ROI, and more market intelligence.

Well-Organized Info, Useful Workflows, and Easy Progress Tracking

What do you like best about the product?
I like how the information is organised including the relevant documents attached. Also the workflows are useful in our process. Easy to comment and follow progress. The logos displayed for each contract vendor are a nice addition and I actually find this reference useful in managing our contract list.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing major to dislike. There are a few fields that could be added but no big deal and can be addressed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It centralizes and structures the software contract renewal process. It helps in the planning and not being last minute for some renewals

What do you like best about the product?
Vertice has played a huge role in helping us better manage procurement across our SaaS vendors and clean up our software stack over the past couple of years. The team is incredibly thorough and brings a high level of detail to every negotiation and renewal, which gives us valuable insights to share with senior leadership. Mandy, Bonny and Hannah have all been fantastic to work with, and we’ve built a really strong, collaborative relationship with the team.
What do you dislike about the product?
In terms of performance, the only feedback we’ve had is that the tool can feel a bit slow or laggy at times for some users, but overall it hasn’t been a major blocker.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vertice has helped solve what was previously a very manual and fragmented SaaS procurement process. We now have much better visibility over our software stack, renewal timelines, and vendor spend, allowing us to clean up duplication and take a more proactive approach to renewals. The UI/UX is great and easy to use across the team, which has helped drive adoption beyond just Finance. The Slack integration also makes day-to-day workflows so much smoother. The AI-powered benchmarking capabilities also look really promising. While I haven’t used them yet, I know they'll be extremely valuable for future renewals and new vendor decisions.

They also take on a lot of the heavy lifting in negotiations, saving our team time and ensuring we’re consistently achieving strong commercial outcomes. Since starting with Vertice in Sep-24, we’ve delivered ~$660k in savings (~21%), which has been a huge benefit to the business.
