Vertice make the difficult conversations easy
What do you like best about the product?
Vertice support us with bench marking and negotiations around new and existing Saas renewals. Vertice are happy to tailor the approach dependent on our requirements and support with the entire renewal or onboarding process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Vertice's approach can come across as quite firm and direct, however they work well alongside us to tailor that approach to match our company values and voice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The vertice platform creates a main source of truth for Saas contracts and makes the renewal process automated and simplified. The Vertice team have added so much value in renewals, they can draw on knowledge from the wider market to ensure we're getting the best deal and to suggest areas we can press harder in our negotiations that benefit us.
review for Vertice, Multiplica
What do you like best about the product?
Vertice has been a key partner in helping us optimize our software procurement and renewals. The platform provides excellent visibility into our SaaS spending, making it easier to negotiate better terms and achieve significant cost savings. I particularly appreciate the ease of use and the smooth implementation process, as well as the dedicated customer support team that is always responsive and proactive. Overall, it has simplified vendor management and delivered measurable financial benefits.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although Vertice is a very helpful platform, sometimes the reporting features could be more customizable to align with specific internal formats and metrics. Additionally, the number of integrations is good, but expanding coverage to more niche tools would make it even more powerful. These are relatively minor points compared to the overall value it provides.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vertice is helping us address the challenge of managing and optimizing SaaS expenses across multiple vendors. Before using Vertice, renewals and negotiations were time-consuming and lacked transparency, which often resulted in higher costs. Now, the platform centralizes all our contracts, provides visibility into upcoming renewals, and leverages benchmark data to secure better pricing. This has directly translated into significant cost savings, reduced administrative workload, and stronger vendor relationships, allowing us to focus on strategic IT initiatives rather than manual procurement tasks.
Vendor Operations Manager
What do you like best about the product?
The seamless process in helping vendor renewal, including market benchmarking and negotiation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe if Vertice can be a procure-to-pay partner for our company, it would be better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping with contract renewal and management.
Great start with Vértice – already seeing value!
What do you like best about the product?
We are just starting to use Vértice, but I’m already very excited and satisfied with the software and the possibilities it opens up. From the very beginning, we’ve been able to identify potential savings, which is a huge plus. One of the aspects I appreciate the most is having all the supplier management unified and optimized in a single place. This centralization gives us better control and visibility, and it makes me feel confident about the impact Vértice will have on our operations moving forward. So far, the experience has been excellent, and I’m really looking forward to seeing how much more value we can unlock as we continue to grow with the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I don’t have any complaints. Everything has been smooth, quick to set up, and so far the platform works perfectly well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vertice helps us by centralizing and optimizing the entire supplier management process. Instead of handling data and negotiations in multiple tools and channels, we now have everything unified in one place. This gives us better visibility, control, and efficiency. Another clear benefit is the ability to identify savings opportunities from the start. The platform makes it easier to analyze costs and spot areas where we can reduce expenses, which has a direct and positive impact on our budget. Overall, Vertice saves us time, simplifies supplier-related workflows, and creates tangible financial value almost immediately.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vertice provide additional support capabilities, with significant insights into the SaaS supplier landscape
Good product, a few tweaks could make it great.
What do you like best about the product?
Vertice has been straightforward to roll out across the business. The interface is clean and intuitive, so people don’t need extensive training to get value from it. We’ve quickly seen the financial impact too - the savings and insights it provides are tangible, which makes adoption an easy win internally.
The customer success and procurement teams that support us are excellent! They respond quickly, share practical guidance, and clearly understand how to maximize the benefits of the platform for our organisation. I'm personally in and using it all the time!

What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few areas where the platform could be smoother. The interface can feel sluggish at times, and duplicate notifications (for example, being tagged in a comment and also receiving a “new comment” alert) can be a bit annoying. Managing contract renewals is also slightly clunky - once a contract is renewed, the details you previously entered don’t carry over, so you are essentially starting from scratch.
In addition, the product catalog tied to contracts isn’t always accurate, with some items missing or mismatched. Support is generally helpful, but since it’s based in a different region to us, responses can occasionally be delayed.
That said, Vertice is very receptive to customer input. They take enhancement requests seriously and actively log feedback, which gives confidence that these issues are being addressed over time. I've already seen this play out with a recent update to the Slack integration and notifications, which is very straight forward and easy to configure.
While the above looks like a long list, it doesn't detract from any of the cost saving benefits and are any issues I've found are relatively minor in scale.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For most organizations, managing SaaS and software contracts is a fragmented, time-consuming process. For a small business without a procurement team, juggling dozens (or hundreds) of vendors, each with different renewal cycles, pricing structures, and usage patterns is incredibly time consuming.
This also creates common challenges:
Limited visibility
Wasted spend
Inefficient negotiations
Administrative burden
Vertice addresses these issues by centralising contract management, providing benchmarked data for smarter negotiations, and automating renewals and visibility across departments. In short, it helps businesses cut unnecessary spend, reduce administrative friction, and gain better control over their SaaS and software portfolio.

The platform gives clear visibility into spend, simplifies renewals, and helps uncover opportunities for optimization that would otherwise take hours of manual effort. I especially appreciate how user-friendly the interface is—it feels approachable without sacrificing the depth of insights. Vertice has made it easier to negotiate better contracts and ensure our organization is getting the most value from its software investments.
What do you dislike about the product?
One area Vertice could improve is by expanding the depth of analytics and benchmarking features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vertice is helping us solve the challenge of managing and optimizing SaaS and cloud spending, which can often be complex and time-consuming. Before, we lacked visibility into contract details, renewal timelines, and whether we were truly getting the best value from our vendors. With Vertice, we now have a centralized view of all spend, clear insights into usage, and expert support for negotiations. This has not only saved us money but also freed up our team’s time to focus on more strategic priorities instead of chasing down contracts or analyzing invoices manually.

What do you dislike about the product?
Platform could use a few more options for user/role configurations - getting visibility of contracts in a department requires someone to be assigned a power user, giving them visibility of all contracts, not just the ones they are responsible for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Driving the costs of our SaaS spend down, visibility of upcoming renewals and getting started early
