SaaS subscription renewals
What do you like best about the product?
Very helpful and have assisted us with saving licencing costs on a number of SaaS products when we have been due to renew the subscription.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, they have been very helpful with our renewals.

Finding us the best renewal price in terms of value for money and support.

Keeps all our contracts organised. The team are incredibly helpful with staying up to date with renewals.

N/A - happy with the product. Don't have any dislikes.

They are a trustworthy team, they do a good job

I can't think of anything. apart from the fact its restricted to SaaS contract only

Managing negotiation with vendors wiht their comprehensive insight database and experinced procurement analysts
Very effective, proactive dialogue. Great presentation with focus on the right areas.

What do you like best about the product?
It was my first time working with a company like Vertice, and I got the chance to engage with them during our yearly renewal discussions with a major compliance tool we are using. I had a great experience in terms of communication and the overall results the collaboration with Vertice brought to our negotiations.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is really no negative experience I had with Vertice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vertice helped us save a lot of time and freed us from complications during the renewal phase, with their seamless communication and professional know-how.

What do you like best about the product?
Great negotiating results! Great outcomes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Which they had intake orchestration workflows. But their negotiating accumen is creating great savings outcomes for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping is get great negotiating outcomes. We aren't really using their platform ATM as we use Opstream.

What do you like best about the product?
Tom helped me proactively and smoothly deal with the intricacies of a HubSpot renewal. He cut through the complex contracting details without fuss and meant that I could get a much reduced annual renewal signed off with my Exec team. Thanks Vertice & Tom :)

Although they have a super cool SaaS tool that helps aggregate your contracts etc - I actually think my favourite thing is the team we work with.

Didn't receive any material to use to help explain to those not in the buying process why we use Vertice - lots of managers etc could have used that

The most basic benefit of having all the tools and renewal dates in one place with automated notifications is already valuable. It reduces the probability of the dreaded, unintended auto-renewal.
Benchmarking and competitor intel are also valuable as well as the assisted negotiations.
Overall, the service offers a streamlined approach to reducing spending and simplifying the company's tool stack.
The team are quick to react and provide timely and detailed updates.

Centralising visibility of the tools in use and their renewal cycles to allow for a reduction in tools. It also facilitates the reduction in spending per tool by handling the negotiations with the providers.
