What do you like best about the product?
Professionals with friendly to use portal and easily navigate on upcoming/in progress renewals and details on the services added with the client.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Trying to negotiate better terms and achieve savings for our SaaS products.

What do you like best about the product?
We chose to partner with Vertice to achieve the following:
- Centralise in one place all our SaaS related information (contracts, renewal dates, etc.)
- Improve the negotiation process with our vendors, hence making extra savings
We are at the begining of our journey with Vertice, but we already made some good progress on the first point. Too soon to evaluate savings.
What I also appreciate about Vertice are the people I've been in touch with, notably Isaac who's very professional and effective.

What do you dislike about the product?
None to report at this stage. A few extra features would be nice, but nothing specific to mention really.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our main business problem we had so far was a pretty decentralized process when it came to licensing costs monitoring and negotation. Thanks to the platform, Vertice offers the possibility to have everything in one place, which is pretty useful. Some nice features are also really appreciated: upcoming renewal dates calendar, rate of usage, etc.

Wonderful platform for managing contracts and saving cost!
What do you like best about the product?
> Onboarding was a breeze: they practically took care of everything for us. We just needed to upload inovices/contracts, vertice team took care of everything else. We were up and running in a week or so.
> Neat and easy-to-use dashboard: the vertice dashboard make it very easy to see the progress of each contract negotiations. Also our team gets reminders when a contract is near renewal.
> Attention from customer success: our success manager makes a great effort to touch base with us frequently to make sure everything is going smoothly
> Professional renewal negotiation team: reacts quickly, adaptable to our situation and preferences and trying to get the best deal out of it

What do you like best about the product?
The team at Vertice is passionate to help us control and save on our SaaS spending. They have become a partner to us, not just a vendor. The knowledge, negotiation and skill shown by the team at Vertice has helped us to not only save money, but to have a clear view of all our SaaS agreements, the owners of those agreements, and to have a 360 view of our costs. This really helps us to budget effectively and efficiently using the insights from the Vertice tool.
The onboarding process and Customer Support and assistance has been incredible, and helped us to very quickly implement and rollout the system.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike when you can save money, gain key SaaS benchmarking and have a full view of your Software spend!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before implementing Vertice, we had no clear view of the software spend and usage in our business, we found it hard to do accurate budgets and forecasts as a result and needed to find a way to control and manage all SaaS with one tool

Product is clear and easy to understand.

It is not complete enough. Quite restrictive for now.

Centralizing all the SaaS and allowing us to have a better view on our spendings + negotiate fees
Software with great potential
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is great for illustrating up coming renewals ensuring people are aware of a renewal months before the renewal is due. Its also great how purchase documents are all stored against the vendor.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a lack of approval rule routing for software purchases, this means we still need to continue with our procurement process outside of the platform so info sec, finance and legal can all give their separate approvals before the purchase is actually confirmed in platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is notifiying users of upcoming renewals in advance, enabling department heads to review their tech stack and either decommission a software or look for another more cost effective solution.
Friendly staff & efficient vendor negotiations
What do you like best about the product?
Vertice have removed the stress of dealing with vendor renewals. Our account manager and negotiator are great to work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform could do with a few updates to improve usefulness and ease of use.

Vertice Makes SAAS Management Easy
What do you like best about the product?
SaaS Was always tricky for us to manage, Vertice take the difficulty out of this and with their weekly checkins we are able to stay on top of all of our renewals and negociate excellent savings across the board.

The only downside was cleansing the data to provide to the vendor

- The templated emails you need to send to suppliers (I agree with the approach but these need improving)

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In short, Vertice is providing a procurement team for our company. It works directly with budget holders within the business and our FP&A, Finance, Infosec and IT departments, to make sure we are implementing the right solution at the right cost for us.
Motivated team
What do you like best about the product?
I have had the pleasure of working with a great team who are highly motivated to understand my needs and achieve to them. The portal provided clearly depicts my contracts, upcoming renewals and spend, making it easier to prioritise and forecast. The team are eager to support on any negotiations I may be running by providing extra benchmarking data and competitor information.
The implementation was quick and painless and I received a lot of support throughout. As we come to end of tackling our big suppliers we are now strategising to focus on condensing supply base and reducing spend.

What do you dislike about the product?
As Vertice grow their benchmarking data will increase and improve which will only be a good thing. I am not a fan of the targets being measured to list price for the suppliers, that is not a depiction of the negotiation achieved, I believe it should be on where the contract was last year and ends the negotiation for future year. I think this is misleading.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vertice are allowing me to understand where our Saas spend is in comparison to other similar sized companies. In. lean team I am grateful for the support on negotiations where I have no previous relationship.
