Empowers Procurement with Seamless Integration
What do you like best about the product?
I love that we can embed Vertice into our governance model by design. The account relationship with our Customer Success Manager and Procurement Managers is great, making the human side of the service stand out. The Workflows feature, along with integration with Slack, has helped us consolidate our software approval process. The entire process is transparent, and approvals are routed through multiple channels like app, email, and Slack, which allows approvers a frictionless way to complete the required processes. Our CSM and Procurement Manager's responses are quick and proactive, and I find the deal summaries useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Vertice worked so well for us that some of our software vendors refuse to discuss directly with Vertice working on our behalf. May be we should give them our email address so they can act as our external consultant in those cases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vertice strengthens negotiation for renewals, provides market intelligence and protects against price hikes. It streamlines our procurement workflow, consolidates post-acquisition spend, and offers SaaS spend visibility. It saves our CIO time and enhances our governance model.

Centralized Spend Requests and Contract Negotiations Made Easy
What do you like best about the product?
It centralizes our spend request workflows in addition to contract management and negotiations.
What do you dislike about the product?
The workflow setup is a little complex for a non-technical person to understand how it is setup. This would be great if it were a little simpler to follow and make changes to without needing a technical implementation person to do it.

Spend Request Workflow, Contract Management, Outsourced Procurement/Negotiation function.

Clear SaaS Spend Visibility, Smooth Integrations, and Fast ROI
What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to get a clear view of our SaaS spend and manage procurement in one place. The interface is straightforward and doesn’t take long to get used to.
It integrates well with our existing tools and runs smoothly without issues. We’ve been able to save time on manual work and identify cost savings, so the ROI has been clear.
The onboarding was simple, and the support team has been responsive whenever needed. The insights and recommendations are also helpful for making better decisions around renewals and spend.

What do you dislike about the product?
There isn’t much to dislike, but there are a few areas that could be slightly improved. Some parts of the reporting could be clearer
Nothing major though, it’s more about small improvements than real issues.
That said, the team is always open to feedback and keeps improving the product, which makes a difference.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vertice helps us get better visibility and control over SaaS spend and procurement. Before, a lot of this work was manual and spread across different tools, which made it harder to track renewals and costs properly.
Now we have everything in one place, which saves time and makes it easier to spot savings opportunities and stay on top of renewals. It’s helped reduce admin work and made the whole process more structured and efficient.

Simplifies Cost Tracking and Makes Monitoring Easy
What do you like best about the product?
It removes the complexity of keeping track of all our costs and helps us monitor them more easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn’t really anything specific to point to, it has genuinely improved the way we work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s a relief not having to constantly keep track of agreements, deadlines, and everything else, and being able to rely on someone else to take care of it.
Better Visibility, Governance, and Negotiation for SaaS Purchasing and Renewals
What do you like best about the product?
The portal is intuitive and easy to navigate, and the staff are consistently professional and friendly. I particularly appreciate the negotiation services, which help deliver better outcomes and save time.
What do you dislike about the product?
While discounts can be more limited for niche SaaS products, there is still good value in the tracking, visibility, and renewal workflows, which help with planning and governance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vertice is helping address shadow IT, unmonitored auto‑renewals, and inconsistent negotiation capability across product owners. It provides better visibility of what software is in use, ensures renewals are tracked and reviewed rather than happening by default, and centralises negotiations so they are handled more effectively. This reduces risk, improves governance, and helps ensure commercial decisions are more consistent.
Negotiations Off My Plate, Vendor Contracts Finally Organized
What do you like best about the product?
They take negotiation work off my plate. We're also much more organized with our vendor contracts now.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think looping Vertice into the existing conversation is a bit tricky. Discounts and positioning have already been provided, but the savings credit still goes to Vertice when the deal is finalized.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to lack organization with contracts, and that is no longer the case. For negotiations moving forward, knowing that it will not require as much of a time commitment from me is a huge benefit.
