Easy to use platform to manage SaaS portfolio
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to implement and use. Customizable wokflow based on needs. Really responsive support.

Nothing I can think of right now after 3 months of use
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vertice helps us with overview of our spend, with reminders for renewals and also to find potential waste with using several applications for the same purpose

The Vertice Platform has allowed us to track, monitor and consolidate all of our ongoing spend in a centralised database.
We can now have clear control processes for onboarding and renewing services.
Vertice take over the management of negotiations to allow our team to focus on BAU tasks

Our Customer Success Manager is always on hand to assist with any queries and is really helpful and friendly
There are integrations with our Accounting software which helps sense check costs
We use it regularly to access supplier contracts and T&Cs as a central source of truth throughout the company
We have saved money through negotiations, but mainly through the platform allowing us to identify overlapping services that we can cut down on, remove or replace

We have saved money on renewals and new tools but sometimes with bespoke technical software, we still have to take the lead in negotiations, but their benchmarking data is still useful in these instances.

Having a central source of truth for all of our spend so we can manage our costs better

What do you like best about the product?
Friendly and efficient service, Keshav especially goes above and beyond to provide us with feedback on how we can reduce our costs and tips for when we negotiate internally. Vertice were the only company to agree on hitting our cost reduction target and actually met the target before the end date suggested!

There are no downsides of Vertice - they're transparent about the service and results they'll provide and thus cannot recommend them anymore!

We used Vertice for the procurement of our SaaS spend. The team are quick, knowledgeable and friendly. Their product is easy to use and the team were able to help us with benchmarking, negotiations and custom workflows.

The platform can be a little slow to load at times but that is very minor.

Oversight of our contracts, procurement spend, when contracts are up for renewal, benchmarking, supplier relationships, negotiation and usage data.
