Vertice’s Expertise with an Open/Accessible Culture
What do you like best about the product?
Vertice brings a positive mix of high-level knowledge and accessibility. I value the results we’ve achieved, but I’m even more happy with the environment of openness we created.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I can remember, maybe having a G-chat space so that we could have more close and quick conversations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Taking the lead on tough vendor negotiations and refining our software contracts.
Helpful Procurement Management with Solid Cost Savings
What do you like best about the product?
Helpful to reduce the internal toil on Procurement management. Solid cost savings in addition to that.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their platform is average, (it's a little clunky).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps reduce the internal resources needed for Procurement and solid cost savings via price negotiations.
Smooth, Efficient Savings with Outstanding Customer Service
What do you like best about the product?
Value provided, money saved, and customer service!
What do you dislike about the product?
No issues at all, we recently started using vertice within the past year and everything has been smooth and efficient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We previously had duplication of different services which has been solved, and the vertice has reduced the bandwidth needed from our team to renew contracts.
Great Account Team That’s Always Willing to Help
What do you like best about the product?
The account team is great to work with and is always willing to help whenever I need it.
What do you dislike about the product?
About half of my renewal workload falls below the Vertice threshold, so Vertice ends up adding an additional workflow. While I can add my self-negotiated vendors to the dashboard, it still requires more process overhead than I need. Also, the time to closure feels very long; even months after I’ve processed a PO, we’re still cleaning up tasks in the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vertice has taken over some vendor discussions freeing up my time. I am looking for a new software product and Vertice gave me a short list of candidates to consider with excellent comparison information.
Vertice Delivers Consistent SaaS Savings with Proactive, End-to-End Renewal Support
What do you like best about the product?
Over the past two years, Vertice has been a key partner for us, consistently delivering cost savings of around 13% on average and taking care of SaaS negotiations end to end.
Beyond the savings, they’ve helped us keep a much more organized SaaS stack and gain better visibility into what we have and when renewals are coming up. The platform itself is useful for tracking total spend and savings breakdowns, and the benchmarking data is especially valuable when evaluating vendors and negotiating contracts.
The platform has been improving significantly, which makes the whole process of SaaS management convenient and straightforward.
They are highly supportive and proactive, taking ownership of renewals and making themselves available whenever meetings or input are needed. The relationship is close and collaborative, they came to meet us in person, which was a really nice touch.

What do you dislike about the product?
There is some initial effort required to organize and upload the contracts, but onboarding is well supported and manageable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
From a financial perspective, we are much better informed about pricing, with access to benchmarking data that helps us reduce costs, this is one of the main benefits for us.
It also saves a significant amount of time by removing the need to handle negotiations internally. Many BPOs are very grateful to be able to delegate negotiations to Vertice, and they have shared positive feedback about the results achieved.

Great Renewal Pricing Insights and Smooth, Easy Platform Integration
What do you like best about the product?
We get great pricing on renewals, along with relevant alternative suggestions. We also receive useful information on industry-wide pricing, which helps with decision-making. The integration with the platform was smooth and easy, and the system itself is straightforward to use and understand. Onboarding new team members was fast as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a need to improve the dashboard to cover filtering options that eventually needed to be a CSV export
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It organizes our renewals so they aren’t dependent on a calendar reminder. It also acts like an expert negotiator, filling the gap in negotiation expertise that not all of our employees have.
Great Platform Backed by an Exceptionally Committed Team
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is very good, but it’s the team’s commitment that truly makes the difference.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to report at the moment. We are happy with the service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The monitoring of subscription expirations is very effective. In my view, the real added value lies in their expertise in negotiating with a wide range of vendors, as well as the pricing benchmarks they apply.
Like a Second Arm—Always there when you need them
What do you like best about the product?
They’re like a second arm. No question feels silly, and nothing ever seems like too much for them to take on.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t have anything but good things to say.

Massively supporting with a significant volume of onboarding and building bespoke due diligence as and when needed.

Strong Cost Savings and Fast Turnaround with Vertice
What do you like best about the product?
Vertice has delivered strong results on cost savings across several vendor negotiations — the team consistently comes back with meaningfully better commercial outcomes than we could have achieved independently. The team have been responsive and easy to work with throughout, and the speed of turnaround on active deals has been a genuine differentiator when we're working against renewal deadlines.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing significant to flag. Overall, the experience has been consistently positive across the engagements we’ve run, and everything has gone smoothly from one engagement to the next.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing SaaS renewals across a growing stack is time-consuming, and getting the best commercial outcome without dedicated procurement expertise is difficult. Vertice solves both — the team handles vendor negotiations directly, which frees up internal bandwidth, and they consistently secure better pricing than we would have on our own. It has also brought more structure to how we track and manage renewals, which reduces the risk of auto-renewals slipping through at unfavorable terms.
