Sophos Intercept X - Impressed!
What do you like best about the product?
Sophos is easy to manage from Central console. Any updates that Sophos has to push out are done through Central and they have not caused any of my customers downtime. My Sales rep is amazing as he is always there for whatever I need.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sophos AV for Windows has all of the features while Linux does not. When Sophos requires a reboot, the console does't flag you and the report for this is not valid. When I reach out to support, I spend a lot of my time explaining the product to support and how it should work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sophos Central allows me to manage all the AV for my 1200+ cloud-hosted customers in one central location. When alerts on my servers happen, I also receive an email. If I haven't login to Sophos Central to check the warnings, I can ensure that I do by seeing the emails.

Cost effective and user friendly
What do you like best about the product?
Deployment of Sophos-Central is very easy. One who has a basic knowledge of device management can deploy it with the manual or with the help of customer support executives.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it got blanked in case of services which need to be corrected on a priority basis this occurs frequently. It can be great if it will get improved or fixed this issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using it like antivirus for the purpose of data security to prevent the data from malicious files or getting corrupted. It's good to use as it is very user friendly.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Its a central console to manage all the firewall of sophos.

What do you like best about the product?
It has the feature of machine learning which is great and absolutely useful. It has a very helpful customer support portal with the amazing technically eligible support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes services get missed and stop working. It takes too much time to find out the issue and to restore the services to the initial stage or working configuration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have restored the missing services or stopped services multiple times so that Everything which was working after the initial configuration, can work as the same it was.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
EDR, MTR feature is great and a best data security solution with always available customer support.

There is nothing to dislike as it makes my job more simple.

It alerts me when my clients' are out of date with their security.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to manage and maintain supervision on any malicious or threatening malware or even viruses that could potentially affect the computers in the building
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a little too good that it blocks anything that may seem suspicious in which sometimes won't allow certain programs to go through
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps me keep an eye out on computers to make sure no files will infect or cause computers from running properly

It's a great program high in security and great to use to keep your organization safe
Sophos is an amazing antivirus. Can't imagine moving forward without it
What do you like best about the product?
The endpoint user protection can catch and correct mistakes made by users before they even make them. The centralized management and group policy implementation is extremely helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cost can be an issue with Sophos. Sophos central does not update with new computers immediately. There are also some slight hiccups getting computers to register correctly. De-registering and re-registering computers can be a bear.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Sophos we can easily protect all of our computers from viruses, malware, and spyware. In this digital age protecting your companies, digital assets are critical.

One stop shop for everything related to security!
What do you dislike about the product?
Licensing is somewhat confusing and not very straightforward.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Endpoint protection, Server protection, email filtering, etc.
