What do you like best about the product?
Frontegg was really easy to integrate into our platform for a POC and to check their authentication capabilities. Their support was always online and very responsive to all of our questions
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the features required more technical ability to setup, such as the prehooks and integrations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were looking test a new product with easy login options and Frontegg made that very doable in a short amount of time, with all of the options we needed.

Frontegg is a cut above the rest when it comes to account management. Compared to Auth0, its closest competitor, Frontegg offers a superior user interface that's modern and easy to navigate. The support team is highly responsive, addressing queries promptly. The simplicity of their public API makes integration a breeze.

While Frontegg excels in many aspects, I believe it could benefit from more flexible pricing plans, especially to accommodate smaller businesses and startups.

What do you like best about the product?
Frontegg offers an unmatched experience in authentication and user management. The ease with which multitenancy can be set up is a testament to their innovative approach, allowing customers to have comprehensive control over their user set. The diversity of sign-in options and the granularity of their Roles and Permissions functionality make my job a lot easier. Additionally, their adaptability in catering to various authentication workflows is awesome. They have great customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Frontegg has shown some limitations, especially when it comes to storing intricate user data. It seems more tailored to cloud-based solutions, posing challenges for on-premise. While one user can belong to several accounts or tenants, the restriction of logging into only one at any given moment can be limiting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Frontegg efficiently addresses the intricacies of authentication and user management. These are areas every business needs to get right without dedicating excessive resources. Frontegg ensures not only robust authentication and MFA but also encompasses other facets like session management, IDP/SSO integration, and temporary API token generation. The platform's continuous updates relieve businesses of the pressure to remain updated on the latest in authentication management. With Frontegg, we can focus on core business operations, assured that user management and security are in capable hands.

What do you like best about the product?
Our team was looking for an authentication solution and then we discovered Frontegg which has an easy integration with Vue, and their support has been nothing but great!

It took us some time to understand everything that Frontegg offers and the documentation wasn't great
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our developers were spending way too long writing generic code for authentication and authorization when they should be focusing on our business but using Frontegg we save tons of time.
A fantastic product that saved us a lot of time and energy!
What do you like best about the product?
We were expecting Frontegg to help us in authentication and authorization but it became much more than that. For a fairly young company, Frontegg offers a really impressive set of features that takes care of so many different areas of our app like security, compliance, etc. In short, it's a one-stop shop for so many different things.
What do you dislike about the product?
The documentation is questionable but it's improving (although support does an incredible job at filling in the gaps in the meantime!). Another thing that's both a pro and a con is that they move really fast so we see lots of (good) changes in our app, but it can be hard to keep up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were mainly looking for an auth solution, but we also love that Frontegg goes beyond that into authorization and much more. It's saved us many, many hours of developer time that we now use for our core business logic.
Great plug&play CIAM platform
What do you like best about the product?
A great plug&play CIAM platform, with great self serve capabilities for end users, with many customizable options, which allow to easily add this to your app and just move on and focus on you features.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is still an evolving platform and may be missing some features or matiruity, but support is very responsive and make best effort to support all critical needs!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It simply add all the CIAM capabilities needed for a SaS product and allows us to focus on our business needs. It also brings in a customizable plug&play portal that is simply added to the app and provides many required capabilites to the end users.
