simple yet powerful user management and auth solution
What do you like best about the product?
What I love most about Frontegg is its impressive array of out-of-the-box features for streamlined all "Identity platform" needs (user management, authentication, SSO and many more).
I found almost everything I needed readily available, saving valuable time and resources that would have otherwise been spent on building these functionalities in-house.

What do you dislike about the product?
While Frontegg provides a robust identity and user management, one area that could use improvement is their ReBAC (Relationship-Based Access Control) solution, which currently seems less mature
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly it can give us lot's of capabilities out of the box, there are lots of things we developed inhouse (Login Page, SSO, RBAC etc) and after we move to frontegg it'll give us all of this out of the box.

What do you dislike about the product?
Actually the product is awesome and saved us tons of dev work to be able to hit the ground running,

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are developing a multi-tenant product, and part of the requiremets of our customers, in terms of security is to have a SSO and MFA of course, and on top to be able to distinguish different user groups in their organization to different aspects of our product.
When we tried to implement a solution by ourselves, it had a lot of code, error-prone, that required maintenance, being up to date with the standards of SSO with different integration types, and it was hard to support all of the above with a small dev team like we have. Frongegg provides out of the box solution for all of that, while keeping a simple and seamless integration

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to onboard with FrontEgg, we got all the functionality we needed out of the box and it saved us a lot of engineering work. It also covers our security needs out of the box.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some back-end languages are not supported (such as "go") but it was less relevant for us because we work with Python. Also the documentation is a bit lacking.

What do you dislike about the product?
Overall I was very satisfied with the solution offering and support; however I do lack some more advanced authorization features like resource-based fine-grained authorization
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have run a proof of concept, replacing our in-house authentication and authorization solution with Frontegg to solve various challenges for our web app: enhanced security, developer empowerment, customizability, valuable analytics, and simplified user management.

Self-service and very easy to use. I looked for MFA and was surprised to find such an elegant solution.

What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of documentations which was a bit frusterating at first but I was able to work through it. Would really hope they make their dashboards more clear as well!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Frontegg provides a quick and easy solution for SSO without needing to spend time and money developing our own solution. It allows companies to ship their product quickly to market and not get bogged down on tasks that are not part of our core offering.

What do you like best about the product?
We were looking for audit logins and SSO for my company. Incredibly easy integration with react and saved my company months in developer time! Very great product and highly recommend!
What do you dislike about the product?
There wasnt much documentation and the layouts of the dashboard were a bit confusing. It took some time to understand all the features but totally worth the energy and time to learn how to use frontegg.

Frontegg is aiming to allow companies to focus on their core product while they handle logins and singups credentials. They have a out of the box product solution for SSO which eliminates the need to spend time and money developing a solution on our own.

What do you like best about the product?
I thought the integration was super quick and easy.I liked that I am able to embed this within my oan application instead o building something else out. Something other places lack is customer support and FrontEgg was super responsive and helpful. Hoping that this will help Jonathan Liebman CPA LLC grow it tax practice! Privacy is an important part of what I offer to clients and the features FrongEgg offers checks all the boxes to ensure our client's information is protected.
What do you dislike about the product?
Took some time to understand the dashboard and had to speak with customer support to assist with this. I thought the onboarding could have been a bit faster but once onboarding was complete it was a lot easier. In order to use the many features that are offered it will take a lot of time and effort with FrontEgg support. However, I am satisfied with protect and excited to see how it will help my business Jonathan Liebman CPA LLC grow.

As mentioned before the simple things that my business dealt with that wasn't a main part of the business is now being taken care of by FrontEgg. This adds an extra layer of security to ensure my clients information is safe which adds value to my services. Ultimately I believe using this product should save me some money instead of paying outside vendors.

Frontegg has been an absolute game-changer for us. The implementation was a breeze, and the ongoing support from the Engineering Team and staff has been top-notch. The extensive information available in the log files has given us deep insights and invaluable data to improve our operations. Frontegg has truly exceeded our expectations and revolutionized the way we handle authentication and user management.
