Great solution for user management

What do you like best about the product?
I feel like the tech support is great and helpful, as well as the ease of integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
It feels a bit inception when managing the user management using the user management platform
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Frontegg is a one stop shop for user management to our SaaS application, allowing us to provide our customers with secured login and authentication with no effort.

What do you like best about the product?
It helps me manage my accounts, something that would take our team 2-3 months to develop.
What do you dislike about the product?
It lacks the ability to integrate with other platforms such as terraform, to ease the deployment process

It solves the issue of implementing a complex user management service and it's benefiting us by allowing us to focus on our main business logic

What do you like best about the product?
Frontegg's customer service is outstanding. A response will always arrive quickly and will be kind and helpful.
Their users portal is very intuitive and easy to use.
Their API documentation is elaborate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Significant changes to Frontegg's product were made several times without appropriately communicating them, which led to our system taking a hit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Frontegg provides an easy-to-use, customizable and rich authentication/authorization service with a friendly user management platform. Their product answers our needs for the most part and saves us valuable time.

What do you like best about the product?
Great product, great company, awesome support, great value for money!
What do you dislike about the product?
The integration is not frictionless - it wasn't trivial setting up testing with playwright, it wasn't impossible though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quick and easy login implementation - allowed us to add login system to our product seamlessly.

Awesome Login with Customizable Features

What do you like best about the product?
All options in the FrontEgg are customizable and can be modified easily to create a unique looking Login Page in less than 10 minutes. The extensive support from FrontEgg team will allow you to integrate the features easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as of now. Some features like having our own environments and managing the activation link expiry time are lacking which would be greatly helpful if they have these type of futures in the next releases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Perviously, we were relying on the AWS Cognito which will give basic features to login and we found FrontEgg with excellent UI and customization features which solved the User Management Problems to us.

What do you like best about the product?
I needed a quick solution to add advanced login features into my product: social login, SSO MFA and more.
Using frontegg’s portal, I was able to add them with a few clicks, without writing any code. Developing those on my own would have taken us months and a lot more money.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I disliked about the product. When we have missing feathers we talk with Frontegg’s support team, they give us immediate responses and updates about our request.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use frontegg for the user management capabilities. We searched for a solution for our SaaS-based product, frontegg had everything we searched for and more.

What do you like best about the product?
Took us less than a day to implement the solution and everyone loves it. Their API and docs are super easy to use.
Our customers love the admin box which gives them the freedom to configure their application on their own.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike is the UI in which you edit emails. I get that emails are tough to edit & design, but I feel like the GUI can be way more intuitive and include features like shared header/footer, from address, title etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Frontegg for the login box with social login, SSO and MFA.
We also integrated their admin portal to our application and our users love it and its self service qualities. We don't have to do any work to maintain it which is awesome!

Amazing team, always ready to help. Available through slack, email... No issues with the product, works as expected with detailed documentation.

User management and auth out of the box

What do you like best about the product?
It was really easy for me to integrate frontegg and get quick value from it. We needed a user management platform quick and were able to sign up and get started within a few days. The support in the community was really excellent as well and they answered all of my questions

Frontegg has continued to provide interesting new features. We particularly like user impersonation and entitlements in regard to our application.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could take pieces out of the admin portal and separate them into your app.

There are a lot of features, I'm not fully aware of all of them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Frontegg is covering our login box with social logins, and giving us an admin portal for our users to invite their users and update their settings. So we don't have to do any of that ourselves.

We expanded our frontegg usage to cover roles and permissions as well as the entitlements package which has given us good management of our use authorization.

What do you like best about the product?
After already developing some initial set of security features ourselves, we figured it's not sustainable to keep implementing such a prevalent feature set internally. Frontegg enabled us to migrate (almost) our entire security stack to an external provider, with most of our future requirements ready out of the box, with clear and concise documentation and a helpful team.
What do you dislike about the product?
the company is very clearly JS centered; this is fine (since of course, we do have a frontend component written in JS), but being a backend-heavy company meant we had to work around a few kinks to integrate with our stack. Specifically, we have encountered AWS Lambda + Python encryption difficulties, but they were overcome relatively easily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We no longer need to worry about most of our identification pipeline implementation details, and soon we'll be able to say the same regarding our authorisation pipeline.
