The UI is good, documentation is well structured and the support has been really good.

There are some features that are not too reliable, like deleting cannot be reversed.

Frontegg has been an excellent addition to our team, enabling us to scale faster and streamline our development process. The platform's ease of integration allowed us to focus on core functionalities rather than spending time on user management and authentication from scratch. Features like user management and tenant isolation played a key role in speeding up our ability to launch new features while maintaining security and performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Frontegg offers great features, there is a bit of a learning curve with some of the more advanced settings. However, the support team has been helpful in guiding us through these challenges.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Frontegg simplifies user management and authentication, saving us development time. It enables faster scaling and feature deployment, allowing us to focus on core product features and bring our app to market quickly.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the most impressive aspects of Frontegg is its ability to integrate seamlessly with our existing systems(Auth0). The process was straightforward, allowing us to get up and running without major disruptions.
Frontegg's approach to minimizing the amount of code we need to handle has been a significant advantage. This not only speeded up our development but also reduced the risk of bugs and maintenance overhead.
The support team at Frontegg has been exceptional. Their responses are quick and their resolutions are effective, which is vital when we're facing tight deadlines or complex issues. Knowing we have reliable support gives us confidence in handling any challenges that arise.

What do you dislike about the product?
we’ve faced a few other minor issues that occasionally disrupt our workflow. While these are not showstoppers, they do require attention and can be somewhat frustrating like the wrong count of users, or picking values from ones that are disabled.
I understand that security is crucial for CIAM, but I must admit that hiding the password while typing is not my preference.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Frontegg really makes things a lot easier for me. Instead of spending tons of time building and managing authentication systems from scratch, I can just use their ready-made solution. It handles all the complex stuff like user roles and permissions in a really simple way. Plus, the security features, like multi-factor authentication, give me peace of mind knowing that user data is well protected.
What I also love is how easy it is to integrate Frontegg with my existing systems—it’s almost seamless. And the customization options mean I can make everything match my brand’s look and feel. Overall, it’s been a huge relief and a game-changer for managing user authentication and security.

What do you like best about the product?
Frontegg has an amazing publishing workflow that enforces user experience changes to roll through your dev, staging, production environments, which is awesome for testing, quality and easy use. The simple OIDC configuration and provisioning has been a breeze to use with 3rd party platforms as well.

What do you dislike about the product?
I'd love to see the email templates included in the content publishing workflow between environments to make the process even easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Frontegg allowed us to create a centalized Identity platform for our customers so quickly. It was only a matter of days from initial configuration to a fully functional SSO front door for our members that lets them authentication to mulitple web platforms. The time and dev savings has been immense.
Flexible, modern, well-supported identity management system
What do you like best about the product?
Their technical support is incredible, their "one user" model is awesome, and they're forward-thinking with support for terraform. In our market analysis for a more flexible solution than what we were currently using, Frontegg stood out with the way they think about user identity management, and with how responsive and helpful they are from the top down. Really a stand-out organization, and I'm glad we're working with them.
What do you dislike about the product?
They are still a young company, and as such some of their functionality is a little inflexible (supporting only a few use cases), some of their naming of things is inconsistent between the API and UI, and there are a few more (mostly minor) bugs than you'd expect in a mature solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Identity management has been a struggle at our organization for 20+ years. We've used old-school off the shelf solutions (too inflexible), new-school API-based solutions (requires that we build all of the user interface ourselves), and build-our-own (oof). When we finally came across Frontegg, we found in them a solution that addressed the vast majority of our needs, making it simple to allow end-users to administrate their own accounts, while maintaining a "single user" architecture (rather than requiring that we create multiple user identities per actual human).

World Class Support
What do you like best about the product?
We use FrontEgg to enable a better sign in experience for our customers. As a customer, we rely on FrontEgg's Support team to help us get our first customers set up for success. FrontEgg Support team (in my case Roy Daniel specifically) goes above and beyond to help us succeed. They are open to calls with our internal team as well as with us and our customers at the same time, helping troubleshoot the smallest nuances to ensure that the experience we provide around sign in is top notch. That level of support is why I love working with them. Highly recommend, and job well done.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to call out at the moment. Some issues did take a while, but that is understandable considering that nuanced issues take time to reproduce and evaluate. I would not count that as a dislike, but on the contrary, great attention to detail and perseverance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
FrontEgg is helping us provide a good sign in experience for our customers. We have lately specifically been working on Sing Sign-On capabilities which are now live for some of our customers.

What do you like best about the product?
Great tool. Easy to adopt without prior knowledge. Very intuitive and interactive. Allows you to perform the operations in an optimal way in relation to all competitors who provide the tool or claim to provide it.
What do you dislike about the product?
You need to have a certain knowledge base to activate certain functions. At the same time, this is a small drawback in a variety of advantages. So i woudn't even say dislike.

It solving the day to day problems that we face in our buissnes enviorment on daily basis.

What do you like best about the product?
Easily the best thing about Frontegg is the team of customer success people working to provide their expertise to us. They're responsive, professional, and always come up with a way to solve technical challenges with us. The platform is versatile, and always growing based on feedback from a team that listens very carefully to feedback. They have a fully documented, fully fleshed-out API, which I highly appreciate.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downsides are that sometimes things don't work as intended, and bugs can get in the way from time to time. This is offset by the support, but nevertheless can be frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Offloading the burden of IAM and SSO configuration is a major help to us. A single place to handle the users in our customer ecospace is much-needed, and this bridges a technical gap we had as an org.
