What do you like best about the product?
Very handy and easy to use, Implementing new features to your bot is just a click away, prefer this over other platforms for chatbot developement, integration is pretty easy.

Horrible communication and Mis expectations
What do you like best about the product?
We still dont have a working product and its been almost 5 months
What do you dislike about the product?
Their communication is horrible, and they continually lie to keep you on the hook with false promises
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They still need to deliver on their first promise. The first step was initially supposed to take six weeks to implement, but it has been almost five months, and still, we haven't implemented it.
We were very excited to start working with them, expecting it to solve a lot of our current issues. However, our expectations have not been met. Despite multiple meetings with upper management and their promises to resolve issues, they have consistently failed to deliver on what was promised.
We have been with them for over five months and have not had one successful implementation of the service. I recently sent them an email requesting help and asking for timelines and expectations, and only one of the implementation specialists responded; no one from upper management did.
Unfortunately, their lack of communication and response has left me with zero confidence in their company. I highly recommend that you use a different company.

The turnover of staff handling our account keeps changing! changing means we need to re-explain again our needs!

The chatbot realy live upto the word no code low code. Its intuitive interface guide user to build dynamic solutions efforlessly and implement it. The 24/7 customer support help us with any queries and provide solution asap. The chatbot offers a breath of integration option makes it versatile.

The product need to comeup with strong analytical module.

Our organization has a yellow-ai chatbot in place for sending transactional whatsapp messages, automated appointment booking flows and trained in handling FAQ's. Through this, we have improved our customer support 24/7 , increased lead generation, reduced our churn rates and it is cost-saving due to its scalability.

Good product with average support system
What do you like best about the product?
We have 2 BOTs created via Yellow ai and its really good
What do you dislike about the product?
The service is average. We have to raise all issues on emails in order to get a resolution. Post onboarding the service levs drop.

What I like about Yellow AI is that it gives our customers a human like experience whenever they communicate with us. It has really helped my brand and my customer support team.

Before yellow AI, we were facing problems with the customer support and relevant communications. But after yellow AI I am very thrilled to say that we have mitigated this problem and we can cater to a huge number of customers con-currently.

What do you like best about the product?
I personally liked the yellow ai whatsapp service, specially the engage platform.

Chatbot Custom journeys need custom development each time.

Currently yellow ai helps us for whatsapp and chatbot solution.l
Conversational Ai doing wonders on engagement and overall experience to our customers.
What do you like best about the product?
Flow of conversations are highly customizable with ease of use from the backend. It takes a while for this to be learned but it does provide wonders when one gets familiar with it. Integratable with ticketing platform such as Zendesk.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some components would require heavy lifting and deep knowledge on technical side i.e. integration with other CRM platforms. Analytics can be improved further in my opinion.

Helping with deflection especially on general and non transactional inquiries from customers whilst ensuring satisfaction for each interactions with our customers.

Yellow.AI comes with pre-built tools, thus provides less customizations and takes more than usual time to build and integrate the specific needs basis the present tech stacks

It helped us in reducing the TAT of response for short customer queries, personalized campaigns for customers over WhatsApp and real-time insights from the market to improve the content and increase the conversion
