What do you like best about the product?
The AI technology built in the system is way powerful, acts like a friend give, helps us to choose better, provides good suggestions, the conversation surely help customer experience for expanding the business. Surely it does help in expansion of business.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing as such less helpful or dislike about Yellow.ai Every time surely it gave a good experience when ever I user the bot, and definitely it saved much time of mine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Day to day daily tasks like task reminder, help in shopping, creating memories, It makes life very easy because its memory is dynamic, it keeps track of all events and shows it to me instantly.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to make chatbots for websites helps reduce cost for support roles thats are critical in small businesses which are customer faced like e-commerce. With the chats being human like its a human-like experience for the customers without the extra cost in hiring a support team. support for both website and whatsapp makes it a versatile all in 1 tool for both channels.
What do you dislike about the product?
The chatbots can be more learning based for non e-commerce businesses where it should scan a website to learn about the offerings and use that info for visitors who just want information on the services offered.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem of high cost of human chat support can be reduced with ai powered chatbot, integrated chat for both whatsapp and website.

Integrates with existing platforms such s Teams and WhatsApp. Drag and drop setup, which is easy to use. Extensive analytics, which improves comprehension of user behavior. It can be customized and automated.

Requires a lot of time to learn. The support team is a little sluggish

Communication with customers is easy; they do not have to install new software. Instead, it is through platforms they already use, such as Teams, WhatsApp or other social media, which increases interaction and improves response times.

Yellow.ai provides an out-of-the-box integration with Microsoft Teams, which allows us to easily deploy chatbots within the organisation's Teams environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a little complex for users who are not familiar with conversational automation and natural language processing technologies. It still requires a fair bit of technical knowledge to use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Like all chatbots, this chatbot solves the problem of customer engagement and support for businesses. The traditional customer support model involves hiring and training large teams of agents to handle customer inquiries and complaints. This approach can be costly and time consuming and may not always result in the best customer experience.

They helped us in setting up our WhatsApp communication engine and setting up Chats; they have been really helpful and very responsive in helping us getting our BOTS out

Need good dashboard and reports with better control and filters, one single consolidated communication portal. Cost can be better as our bottom line takes hit because of BOT cost
