What do you like best about the product?
In general, chatbot, as is with other vendors, are still in their early phase. IMO there is still a lot to evaluate in terms of this vendor as based on our experience; there's still a lot of unexplored functionalities that they have not showcased yet.
What do you dislike about the product?
Handholding and support with clients need to be improved a lot. Expertise with ticketing platform should be improved as well here as end-to-end ownership seems to be not in place.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Volume, improving self-serve, and deflection.

What do you like best about the product?
Creating a chatbot was smooth and seamless. I especially enjoyed the process of creating journeys and utternces.
The option of having multiple languages in the bot I created was superb.
What do you dislike about the product?
I couldn't use the code option as it is a premium option; however, the fact that I was able to create a few journeys without code was remarkable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication challenges.
The benefit realized is the ability to have seamless interaction between different products and their consumers.

What do you like best about the product?
The Yellow.ai team has been very helpful in building the customised chatbot as per our business use case and enhancing the customer experience. The deployment of the product was very smooth and the team took the utmost care to ensure the business use case is met and the product is timely deployed. The team has always stepped forward to understand our business challenges and provide us solutions, whether it has been to integrate new systems or resolve any issues with the bot. Overall experience with the Yellow.ai product and the team has been excellent so far.
What do you dislike about the product?
The product doesn't provide ease of new journey creation or updating existing journeys. For updating journeys or communication it involves developer effort.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To meet the increased demand for virtual interactions we evaluated several new tools to improve our customer experience. We chose YM to help us build a chatbot to help improve our customer experience on both the webchat and WhatsApp messaging platforms. The AI-enabled chatbot has been designed to provide yet another touchpoint for customers to reach out to Design Cafe to book meetings with designers as well as seek information 24/7. With the chatbots in place, we see more than 50% of Chat/ WhatsApp users are able to schedule meetings with designers without human intervention. We see more than 15% of our new customers now schedule meetings via the chatbot.
