What do you like best about the product?
Real-time chatting with customers, file sharing, conversations and quick replies. Provide detailed reports of conversations, messages and agent activity. It has some of very useful features like quick agent switching & ticket filtering option to analyze the data.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can not download ticket data for more than 30 days and this is limitation I don't like to have any software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can connect with customers directly on their WhatsApp to provide a real-time solution.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Highly recommended to professionals to connect with customer in real time.

What do you like best about the product?
The capability of the bot to integrate with our internal and 3rd party applications to provide real-time information is really great. It has helped us to think about more HR Use cases to include chatbots and provide a better experience to employees.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface needs an uplift. Eg: if we use the bot for applying leaves/update addresses, it should give a form with one submit button rather than submitting each line separately.

Improved analytics on user adoption.

Employee experience with the HR Support team, Employee Engagement, and Pulse survey

its friendly to use due to certain features and helpful, I like the cloud function and working with it, found so comfortable
