Much needed and detailed path to use the serivce

What do you like best about the product?
The best part is building the flow of conversation usi g flow diagrams, and also using static clickbox functions to get the structure running in minutes
What do you dislike about the product?
bot disfunctions multiple times , not a strong backend , when we try to add new features the bot gets chaotic, repeats the same journey again and again.

also while writing cloud functions , the code self-erases if it has errors , would have been better if the code is there and later we can get back to debug it.

journeys get wrongly matched.

images in card part take too long to upload.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Need for automation and deep understanding of customers is a known problem and highly relevant today, with emergin technologies, yellow ai has provided easy integration and advances algorithm for NLP and nly this solving a major problem of efficiently handling and understanding customer's requests.

What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of the platform to get one started, developer or non developer, into the world of conversational AI.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of support for various other languages apart from JAVA and node.js
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving for use cases in media. I have realised reduced interaction times with highly structured information collection all the while attending hundreds of users at a time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Go for it. They are making improvements to stay in the business for a long time. This is with respect to adding more developer options and improving user experience.

What do you like best about the product?
UI design is so simple in the yellow messenger platform. I liked It the most. The integration of databases and coding when needed is a nice experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Coding should be done using node js. I dislike that. But learning node js basics in the little span is challenging. We can also use python for conversational bots. So, I prefer using python as it was my background.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can utilize these bots for a lot of uses. These Conversational AI bots can be used for mood changes in depressed people.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a good platform. I recommend this platform as this is very easy to use. It comes handy by using it.

What do you like best about the product?
Speed and seamless transition with mobile. And it is more easier to communicate when you have to deal with global people around the clock during odd hours of business
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not choice tool domestically seems to be favored only with global colleagues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Effective and intuitive tool to collaborate with offshore global workforce. East between workstation and mobile is a definite plus.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Speed is excellent. Seamless integration with the mobile is advantageous. I believe security is one of top features.

What do you like best about the product?
The amazing support from YellowMessenger and its team.
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside of using YellowMessenger is keeping track of the variables stored in memory and getting the journey slugs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Building bots for banking use cases, real estate, etc. One benefit is the flexibility and the features that YM provides.

What do you like best about the product?
Since built-in function is available for most of the functionality, it is easy for the developer to develop/integrate.

Yellow messenger has a very nice UI.

Since Yellow messenger support multiple platform/channels, it very easy to integrate with other platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be helpful for developers if it supports multiple programming languages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To the best my knowledge and experience, connecting with a live agent is one of the best feature with the yellow messenger.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I will suggest others to use the yellow messenger as it's very good platform for developers to build a chatbot and end-user to get a good user experience

The context management. The sentiment analyzer is also good
What do you dislike about the product?
Only supports javascript and no proper documentation. Also after training entities, some entites in my input were still not getting recognized

Created a simple bot. It is good thinking about the provided database and all.
