Phenom-enally fantastic platform for recruiters!
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about the Phenom is the ability to text candidates. Most people use that as a primary source of communication, so it's good to have that when an email isn't being responded to. I also appreciate the ability to make Alight-branded email templates to send to my candidates, which adds a great aesthetic touch to an otherwise very plain and generic email. Phenom is very user-friendly, which is helpful for those who are not tech-savvy.
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't a lot of things that I dislike about the platform. A lot of things I would change are more nit-picky items that would be helpful to me personally. For example, I wish the submitted screenings would automatically filter from first submitted to most recent. I also wish the order of the questions you're reviewing as a recruiter would be in the order that the screening questionnaire was created; helps with the flow of the review. Other than that, no other suggestions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is automating a lot of tasks that were otherwise manual (i.e., sending automated emails when a candidate reaches a certain stage). I also appreciate having the option to do a digital screening complete with knockout questions in lieu of a phone screen.
