Phenom is so easy to use and keep track of all my candidates
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of keeping all of my candidates in one place
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any issues with using Phenom
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Phenom allows us to track our current candidates and love that they send us new leads
Overall, a good CRM but some improvements could be made.
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to flawlessly communicate with candidates through the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is very difficult to track large numbers of candidates through Phenom, as certain automations aren't fully working. At this time, we also do not have visibility into when/if a manager received an evaluation request. When rescheduling an interview, it often defaults to making the event private. There have been instances where candidates reply to text messages, but we are not receiveing a notification via email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Phenom has been a great scheduling tool, as well as a place to host all candidate application that we may have.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the Events section, it allows me to effortlessly create and track multiple events each month.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not always the most intuitive to trouble shoot issues. However, the support team is always helpful!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It organizes my candidates and events well.
I love the tracking capacity Phenom offers for candidates!
What do you like best about the product?
Most helpful is the tracking of candidates, statuses and scheduling updates. Also, sharing candidate profiles!
What do you dislike about the product?
That it will not communicate with Workday more, some of the work we do is duplicated like note updates in Workday/Phenom. Notes have to be updated in both.

Tracking of candidates, sharing profiles and updates on interviews.

It is AI-driven, user-friendly, automated, and saves time!

What do you like best about the product?
The AI it offers and the connection between our hiring platform and Phenom.
What do you dislike about the product?
There can be a lot of back and forth while importing data. Bulk import with zip folder was not working.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping all talent in one place, plus hiring managers can also see with our notes and comments. Makes it more streamlined.
Great For recruiting
What do you like best about the product?
It's excellent for tracking candidates. Very easy to communicate with other recruiters on updates for candidates
What do you dislike about the product?
I do think the process for creating email campaigns and editing would be a little easier.

Makes the process of creating quick emails fast and gets the point across while dealing with a high volume of candidates
Amazing Platform
What do you like best about the product?
I love the reporting and analytics tools that are available in Phenom. The AI technology is amazing, candidate communication, tracking, and reporting is so much better than the last CRM we used. Campaigns are very user friendly!

I, myself have not come across any dislikes at this time. I continue to learn new things and explore the platform.

It is not as customizable as I would like. I use projects a lot and it would be helpful if the spotlights were customizable within each project.
