Transformational Platform for HR and TA!

What do you like best about the product?
The AI removes the administration and mundane tasks associated with the hiring process and allows recruiters to focus on hiring great talent!
What do you dislike about the product?
Some integrations are tricky with SuccessFactors but we partnered with talentEXP who made that process very easy
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
New careers page, CRM and Referrals. All were pain points for us

SMS feature is my favorite. I can reach out with one click

The Boolean search could use improvement. I cannot use multiple keywords

What do you like best about the product?
The efficiency and ease of the tool. We are able to reduce time and effort while increasing engagement and productivity

Nothing is least helpful, would appreciate more data and analytics offerings.

Time to full, time used to source. Tracking events and talent from these initiatives

We haven't leveraged all of the capabilities Primarily top of the finnel. Effective for nurturing candidates. We also use it for our career oage

Nothing so far. It's been useful for what we purchased

Career site is great and easy to update. Campaigns are straight forward too

What do you like best about the product?
I like the way Phenom Applied AI fits into different parts of our processes and frees up time for our staff to focus on valuable tasks and build connections with our employees. I appreciate the voice screening feature, which enables 24/7 screenings and the scheduling automation that allows immediate interview scheduling upon application submission. It's great that we no longer have candidates waiting days or weeks to get an interview and they now connect within just two days.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have had to have a few customizations to help maximize the solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Phenom Applied AI automates scheduling and supports high-volume hiring and voice screenings 24/7, reducing interview wait times to two days. It integrates well into processes, freeing up time for staff to focus on valuable tasks and build stronger employee connections.

What do you like best about the product?
The AI is the best I've used in and TA system. You can also create automations quickly. It makes communicating with large numbers of candidates significantly easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
The integration between Phenom and other platforms is time consuming and requires a lot of time and effort to maintain.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are modernizing all our TA processes and system. Phenom is a key component of this.

What do you like best about the product?
I'm learning new things about how i can better utilize the system. All of the stories from real clients help to reinforce our reason for using AI and keeping ahead of the curb always. I like to learn more about how to keep improving our processes and it's great to see it in action
What do you dislike about the product?
Lots of client experiences are for high volume so i have to guess about how the products can work better for my company that is more medium volume and hiring at an annual cycle
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Capturing leads that we otherwise would have never had. Also enabling us to pipeline and nurture talent

What do you like best about the product?
The improved user experience for recruiters, candidates, and especially hiring managers. This specifically includes the better flow of key information and communication between the parties.
What do you dislike about the product?
Support processes need more maturity. This includes more self service for troubleshooting and updating configuration. Also, need to improve deployment model to include testing and sign off in a mirrored test environment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a centralized rationship management tool that allowed our recruiters to move from an operational model of recruiting to a strategic model. Also, we needed to improve our hiring manager experience so they are looped into the process vs at the end.
