What do you like best about the product?
It makes everything easier -- streamlines communications, helps filter candidates into pipelines, and makes for a much better recruitment process overall

Solid Product, Slightly Clunky

What do you like best about the product?
On the surface, Phenom offers everything a Recruiter and Employer Brand Manager could want. A way to track where applicants come from, easy ways to house candidates in a CRM, streamlined ways to promote events, etc. all in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Phenom is not without it's troubles. It can be a bit glitchy at times and not provide 100% accurate data, but this is the case with almost all products in this class.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest plus for me is Phenom offers a singular place to house candidate information and tracking.

Organization at its finest!

What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely love the fact that I can organize all of my candidates however I like and easily access the most up-to-date information on them at my fingertips. No more scrolling through emails!
What do you dislike about the product?
I really wish that candidate information in Phenom synced with their information in Workday.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't lose track of candidates with Phenom. It's wonderful! I can speak to the status of any candidate at any time - this is incredibly beneficial when reporting to senior and regional leaders about updates.

Phenom is Phenomenal!

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy the phenom platform is to use! We are able to move candidates through the interview process seamlessly and also improve the candidate experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would prefer the reporting be a bit more in depth and easier to pull specific data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides an excellent candidate experience.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how easy and user friendly the interface is, the search function is intuitive and orgazing candidates in lists and projects is fast
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we could customize the user dashboard
Also I would like for admins to be able to manage system automations like the application confirmation
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our ATS has no lead tracking capability and the user interface is clunky

What do you like best about the product?
Haven't deployed just yet. But configurablility, automation opportunities, and focused platform use case strategy (focus on user experience and filling gaps in client ATS experience), not trying to be an ATS. Speed of Phenoms feature enhancement
What do you dislike about the product?
Implementation discovery, design and delivery resource approach is insufficient for larger complex global clients. Need to ensure TPMs are always current with changes to product, implementation, and migration/delivery features and processes so that client implementation plans are not impacted by unforeseen changes in approach. If a Workday implementation, get the TAG and Enablement team involved from start of discovery/design to partner with TPM as a unified implementation delivey team, not siloed or sequential in the migration process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Improved candidate and recruiter experience. 2. Deliver usable and leading edge CRM capability to compliment our ATS and unlock recruiter efficiency and impact, reduce manual tracking in spreadsheets, and enable rediscovery of talent. 3. SMS and integrated interview scheduling.

What do you like best about the product?
Interview scheduling empowers our recruiters to own the process and manage schedules with ease. Very intuitive and easy to learn platform in a few days.
What do you dislike about the product?
More product enhancements needed, at times you click away and it doesn't save the filters.

Send emails direct to talent community and track open and click rates.
