What do you like best about the product?
It's designed for personas so you can really map your ideal experiences by type of user.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing yet... been on phenom since 2016 but just now going deeper on capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Taking our transactional system and automating repetitive tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
The talent experience platform with Phenom has given us the opportunity to identify, engage and hire faster in a complex, competitive talent marketplace. It's also given us the opportunity to do a better job of storytelling on our career site and socials.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I still had my Customer Value Manager

What do you like best about the product?
All of the information that our team has available at the tip of our fingers.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing I dislike, just certain aspects of what's offered has a bit of a learning curve to get past.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to have no data on hand to learn who our talent was, but now we can handle that relationship more efficiently than ever.

What do you like best about the product?
The CMS is very user friendly! It's easy to drag and drop widgets.
What do you dislike about the product?
The implementation process is scattered and needs to have more of a bridge between IT and Cusromer Acct managers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our candidate experience is much better and we are able to collect leads

What do you like best about the product?
I like that we can make each of our pwn views different. My candidate page can look different than my co workers, and each can be unique to how we work. I also like the ease of creating campaigns and the insights it gives us into how many have opened, viewed, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not really have any cons at the moment. I am still working through how to best use the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me keep my candidates in order and organized.

What do you like best about the product?
User friendly & innovative. Customer service is great for any issues you may run into. The team does a great job of making adjustments as necessary. SMS & Email is crucial to my day to day work. Having the learnings built into Phenom is fantastic for new users
What do you dislike about the product?
I think this can be a lot to learn for new users & with all the functions in the system, I feel like it can cause the system to crash more often than it should.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One stop with all communication for all candidates needs
