Phenom is Phenomenal!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy the phenom platform is to use! We are able to move candidates through the interview process seamlessly and also improve the candidate experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would prefer the reporting be a bit more in depth and easier to pull specific data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides an excellent candidate experience.
Great CRM that compliments our ATS

I really like how easy and user friendly the interface is, the search function is intuitive and orgazing candidates in lists and projects is fast

I wish we could customize the user dashboard

Our ATS has no lead tracking capability and the user interface is clunky

Learning the platform is cumbersome at times.

Haven't deployed just yet. But configurablility, automation opportunities, and focused platform use case strategy (focus on user experience and filling gaps in client ATS experience), not trying to be an ATS. Speed of Phenoms feature enhancement
What do you dislike about the product?
Implementation discovery, design and delivery resource approach is insufficient for larger complex global clients. Need to ensure TPMs are always current with changes to product, implementation, and migration/delivery features and processes so that client implementation plans are not impacted by unforeseen changes in approach. If a Workday implementation, get the TAG and Enablement team involved from start of discovery/design to partner with TPM as a unified implementation delivey team, not siloed or sequential in the migration process.

1. Improved candidate and recruiter experience. 2. Deliver usable and leading edge CRM capability to compliment our ATS and unlock recruiter efficiency and impact, reduce manual tracking in spreadsheets, and enable rediscovery of talent. 3. SMS and integrated interview scheduling.
Streamlined Scheduling, Needs More Reporting Features
What do you like best about the product?
I find Phenom Applied AI easy to use after training, and it's very intuitive. It really speeds up scheduling and reduces errors, which gives recruiters more time for face-to-face interactions with candidates.

I wish Phenom Applied AI had more functionality for reporting.

Phenom Applied AI speeds up scheduling and reduces errors, freeing more recruiter time for candidate face-to-face interactions. It's easy to use and very intuitive after training.

Analytics are always inaccurate. Hard to get accurate information from support tickets. Updates/product enhancements are always lacking

The ability to capture all of our data in one place. Add to that the ability to download reports and filter as necessary.

It's a lot of information and people occasionally get lost in the weeds. You need to implement a chunk at a time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is capturing data that our ATS is not effective at capturing. It's also giving us a platform to use to re-energize candidates that dropped off during the application process.
