Talent Analytics has some limitations. Interested to hear about future enhancements.

What do you like best about the product?
Phenom is an amazing all in one tool that helps not only our candidate engagement but also our recruiters find, source and nurture candidates.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface can be a bit slow at times and the application back buttons are found in different places which make it difficult to quickly move from page to page.

Candidate experience and recruiter efficiency.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform has a great UX. But I would like to highlight the great team that is working with us, they are always willing to make changes to adapt to our needs

The upload from files is not always so simple as expected.

We were able to run talent analytics and answer to ta questions that we were not able to answer with our previous systems.
Intuitive design with advanced features with search
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the searching capabilities of using the platform and overall thrilled with the amount of capabilities and features that are available compared to my previous product

Not too many downsides to using the platform, at first it wasn't as intuitive for my co-workers.

Being able to quickly and efficiently find the best candidates that suit our needs.
