What do you like best about the product?
Seamless and easy-to-use platform in order to find the right talent
What do you dislike about the product?
No technical downsides, but the learning curve in the very beginning and having to jump in and out of ATS and the platform

Keeping candidate and/or applicants engaged throughout the recruitment lifecycle

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to have insights into all of your candidates, where they are in the pipeline, where other candidates might be hiding in your database is more than valuable.
What do you dislike about the product?
The system can be more user friendly in terms of resume viewing, however any time that feedback is given, it is taken seriously and valued tremendously. It's not where you start, it's where you finish...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of our applicants and keeping in touch with them. Great for keeping people warm in terms of emails and campaigns. Solid tool for content distribution.

I really appreciated hearing about automations!

In scheduling, they don't automatically throw it on your calendar, you have to accept it, and could be missed in emails/spam

Tagging is giving us benefit to make lists and automations

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the product team's communication and they are always quick to respond to any issues. I also really like the options for designing the career site.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the widgets don't always perform the way we want them to, and there is a disconnect between the desktop and the mobile version of the website
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a lot of traffic to our website and it is really great to capture our audience and give the candidates the best experience they possibly can on their first interaction with our career site
